Abstract: Marbel Reading Educational Game Application is an application that aims to help its users learn while playing. This study aims to determine how the influence of the "Marbel Reading" Game Application on the Beginning Reading Ability of Grade 1 Students. This type of research is a quantitative research with a pre-experimental research method One Group Pretest-Postest using all first grade students of SD Islam Nurul Hikam Banjarbendo. consisting of 20 students. Sampling with non-probability techniques. The research instrument used was in the form of multiple choice test questions regarding early reading skills. Data analysis using normality test, t-test, and eta square test. Based on the results of the pretest-posttest get an average value of 31.80. The minimum score is 55.7. The maximum score is 87.5, the statistical standard deviation is 12,547, and the standard deviation error is 2.806. The results of the paired sample t-test concluded that the value was 0.000, meaning the value of sig <0.05, then there was an effect of variable X on variable Y. Then the eta-square test concluded that the value was 0.244, which means the value of sig t 0.14 means that there is a big influence. It is hoped that the results of this study can have a positive impact on its users. The use of the Marbel Reading application is suitable for low grade students to help maximize their early reading skills.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Spirituality, Colleagues, and Organizational Culture on Teacher Job Satisfaction at Madrasah Diniyah Salafiyah Ar-Riyadl, Jabon District. This research is included in the type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this research is a path analysis technique with the help of software for the operating system called Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Version 3.0. The data used in this research are questionnaire data and data sourced from Madrasah Diniyah Salafiah Ar-Riyadl, Jabon District. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this study prove that Hypothesis 1: spirituality variable has no effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis 2: coworkers affect job satisfaction. Hypothesis 3: organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and subjective well-being in adolescent students at Pondok An-Nur Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The variables in this study are self efficacy (x) and subjective well being (y). The study was conducted at the An-Nur Islamic Boarding School, Sidoarjo with a population of 190 teenage students. a sample of 123 teenage students using simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale with a Likert scaling model, namely the self-efficacy scale and the subjective well-being scale. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and subjective well-being in adolescent students at Pondok An-Nur Sidoarjo. Data analysis used product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS 25 for windows program. The results of data analysis correlation value of 0.883 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and subjective well-being in adolescent students at Pondok An-Nur Sidoarjo. The higher the self efficacy, the higher the subjective well being. On the other hand, the lower the self-efficacy, the lower the subjective well-being of adolescent students.

Abstract: Management is the process of utilizing all the resources owned by the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. management in a broad sense is planning, organizing, directing, and controlling organizational resources to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The objectives of this study are to describe the problems of teacher human resource management at private madrasah aliyah in Sampang regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, which aims to explain the problem of human resource management for private Madrasah aliyah teachers, a qualitative approach is considered a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words from observations, interviews and documentation. Data collection techniques by reviewing documents, interviews, and observations. It is analyzed through the following stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the problem with teacher human resources is that the number of teachers who teach is not in accordance with their academic qualifications because the management function of teacher human resources in madrasah aliyah does not run optimally starting from planning, management, procurement, procurement, development, assessment, control, compensation and dismissal. and the causes of the problem of teacher human resources are divided into two factors, namely internal factors, the character of teachers, lack of teacher innovation, lack of motivation and indifference to various changes, limited funds available while external causes such as Madrasah environmental conditions and conditions of socio-cultural development of the community, lack of continuous support from organization in teacher HR Management.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the learning of the Koran with the yanbu'a model for the quality of the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters at the Ar-Roudhoh Krian Sidoarjo Islamic Boarding School and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which produces data in the form of written words from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The application of the Yanbu'a model used 3 classical models, sorogan, and tadarus. Although the learning of the Qur'an was carried out well, phonological errors were found in the pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters, namely consonant errors and vowel errors. (2) The supporting factors are in practice using many variations and supported by khataman activities and giving awards to students who have achieved the memorization target. While the inhibiting factor is the application of existing regulations during the learning process of the Al-Qur'an pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters that are not enforced to students, especially the inadequate facilities and infrastructure so that the yanbu'a model for the quality of the pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters is less than optimal.
