TL;DR: In this paper, an improved various meters recognition algorithm was proposed which was adapted to suit the equipment inspection robot works outdoor in the smart substation, where the template images were made for each style of meter and the "min" and "max" values were illustrated for each template image.
Abstract: An improved various meters recognition algorithm was proposed which was adapted to suit the equipment inspection robot works outdoor in the smart substation.First,the template images were made for each style of meter and the "min" and "max" values were illustrated for each template image.SIFT method was utilized to match with the template image for detecting the meter device region from the real-time image captured by the robot.And then,a fast Hough transform method was proposed to detect the line in the preprocessed image as the pointer of the meter.Comparing the angle with the "min" or "max" value the result of the meter can be recognized.This algorithm has been applied in one 500 kV smart substation in China.Various instruments recognition rate of over 99.2%,with high precision and high robustness of the meter readings.Experimental results of various meters have shown good performance,which proves that the proposed method was both effective and accurate.

Abstract: A smart home system based on the Internet of Things was discussed to overcome the shortcomings of those traditional smart home systems in which embedded home gateways act as the center.The Zigbee wireless sensor network was used to collect the information of indoor environment,equipment and personnel location,and the gateways for Internet of Things were responsible for transmitting these information to the computer servers on the Internet,thus the users can log on the servers through Browsers or client software to monitor all subsystems of the smart home.It was illustrated that such a system composed of household devices,gateways for Internet of Things,servers and client computers was stable and reliable.Compared with other systems,this system can not only achieve massive data storage,more beautiful interface and more convenient operation,but also can share information with other computer systems on the Internet.

Abstract: Introduces the design and implementation of an autonomous obstacle-avoiding robot car using ultrasonic wave sensor in this paper.By sending pulses,the obstacle avoidance distance can be measured.At the same time,we can control steering gear to realize the obstacle avoidance function.The robot car uses front axle steering,rear wheel drive arrangement.Two drive tires are driven by two DC motors with gear reduction mechanisms.Using Arduino MCU chip as the control core of the Robot car.Through the design of the hardware and software system,we build the robot car platform and obtain good experimental effect.

Abstract: Bang-Bang control mode of classic Direct Torque Control(DTC) technique introduces extra electromagnetic torque chattering, stator flux ripples, and current harmonics, which has become its inherent disadvantages and confined the DTC technique to be applied widely. The observation of stator flux and estimate of speed were proceeding at the meantime, the observed stator flux could be applied to direct torque control system. Based on the element and S-function in SIMULINK, the simulation former of speed-sensorless direct torque control system was set up. Simulated waveforms verify the feasibility of the control model.

Abstract: A kind of monitoring system for belt conveyor line was designed based on PLC,which mainly aimed at the problem of high fault rate and low automatic degree for the bagged product belt conveyor line.The technology process and functions,software and hardware design of the system were introduced in this paper.The practical application shows that the system implements the function of local and remote control,and real time monitoring and fault diagnosis functions of belt conveyor Line.These functions improve the reliability and security of system operation.

Abstract: Aiming at some problems such as scattered locations,complex environmental factors and difficulty for management during the process of orchard monitoring,some key technologies for tele-monitoring and management in orchards based on 3G technology and DDNS domain name as a key technology were presented.Using these technologies,orchards’ images and environmental factors which included air temperature,humidity,soil temperature,humidity,rainfall,photosynthesis and so on were transmitted to the sever in the remote monitoring center and released to the Internet immediately.The shared services technology for the orchard environment data was also described in detail.The practical application results showed that the orchard environment monitoring system based on these key technologies which was stable and reliable could solve the problem of bottlenecks for data transfer in the traditional remote monitoring and provided a good platform for the orchard production management and remote diagnostics of fruit trees.The efficiency of modern orchard management was also improved greatly.

Abstract: This paper describes the design of an embedded industrial wireless gateway based on ARM platform,in order to realize the communication between industrial Ethernet and Zigbee wireless area network. The Gateway platform takes Atmel's ARM9-AT91SAM9G20 as the hardware platform,which was embedded Linux inner core,and uses TI's CC2530F256as wireless data transceiver by embedding Z-Stack protocol. In manner of multithread processing,this design satisfies the data exchange between different networks.

Abstract: Traditional water aerator system largely relies on conventional electricity,and requires huge power consumption.Therefore this paper proposes a kind of solar enegy water aerator system,which consists of AVR microcomputer,intelligent tracking circuit of solar maximum power point,battery charge/discharge circuit,and dissolved-oxygen inspection circuit,etc.The hardware and software component of the system design were introduced.Experiment results showed that the system has excellent effect MPPT(maximum power point tracking).Dissolved oxygen of 1.2 m depth bottom and of surface water kept close after 90 min of running.This system was energy saving,environmental friendly,highly mobile,and can effectively rise oxygen content.Thus it was suitable for water oxygenation and purification of lakes,ponds and other water bodies

Abstract: According to the higher request about the reliability of the communication system for industrial environment of aerospace,this paper propose a design method about real-time communication system based on redundancy CAN-bus,which the method make a node-redundancy-design for host-node in the CAN-network of the system,and a bus-redundancy design for each node in the CAN-network at the same time.When the main-node was failed,the system switches to the backup-node,and when the CAN-bus was failed,the system switches to the backup-bus.The main control module-FPGA of the system that have developed a unified communication-protocol monitors all real-time CAN-node in the network,which this method effectively enhance the system reliability of the data transmission.

Abstract: Contraposing researches and deficiencies of measurement of carbon content in fly ash,this paper uses support vector regression(SVR) based on particle swarm optimization(PSO) to study the modeling of carbon content in fly ash.This method uses optimization function of particle swarm algorithm to achieve parameter optimization of support vector machine,which makes the model a good predictive ability.Data collected from the Datang Chaozhou Power Plant 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit will be divided into training data and test data,which were separately used to identify the parameters of carbon content in fly ash soft sensor model and test the model’s generalization capability.The simulation results show that the carbon content in fly ash soft sensor model simulation and actual outputs are consistent,which verifies the validity and generalization ability of the model.

Abstract: In order to realize the smooth,accurate and rapid control of the vehicle robot driver’s accelerator leg,a accelerator leg control method based on fuzzy-adaptive PID was proposed.Introducing the structure of the vehicle robot driver’s accelerator leg.Confirming the membership functions of inputs and outputs in the fuzzy controller,and make the fuzzy control rules.Then the fuzzy PID controlling model of the proposed system was verified with Simulink,and test the automatic drive of vehicles by the vehicle robot driver.The results showed that the fuzzy-adaptive PID control can achieve an ideal effect,has small overshoot,rapid response and good robustness.Furthermore,the proposed method could realize the smooth,accurate and rapid control of the vehicle robot driver’s accelerator leg and achieve the purpose of speed tracking.

Abstract: Finding minimum attributes reduction is a NP-hard problem in rough set. This paper defined importance of attributes based on definition and properties of knowledge entropy, made the analysis of its nature, gave the solution of core and the reduction theorem and proposed an algorithm of attribute reduction based on entropy. The algorithm uses heuristic search method. First it calculates the attribute importance and gets core, then taking the core as a starting point and making size of attribute importance as heuristic information, it selects attributes and gets the minimum attributes reduction. The theoretical analysis and example calculation show the algorithm is simple and effective.

Abstract: The FreeModbus protocol was transplanted successfully to the ARM platform which has been embedded in the preemptive real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅲ.The reduction and optimization TCP/IP protocol and the compiled RTL8019AS driver were embedded into the real-time operating system to articulate with the FreeModbus/TCP functions and to implement the Modbus/TCP communications. The hardware implementation was simple,code level specifications,easy to transplant and expand. The test results fully meet the accuracy and real-time requirements completely in industrial data control,which can be applied in actual industrial control and instrumentation development efficiently.

Abstract: According to the disadvantage that multiple communication interaction was not easy to achieve in the existing power grid,a kind of heterogeneous network communication adapter which can be used in a smart grid has been designed,realization of power grid equipment and instrument’s serial ports communication,wireless communication,optical fiber communication,power line carrier communication’s information interaction.Its design proposal of hardware and software has been introduced in this paper,the main performance index have been tested through test platform.The test results show that the heterogeneous network communication adapter can not only accurately achieve a variety of communication interface information interactive,but also have excellent real-time performance and reliability,to meet the power system’s application requirements of communication network equipment.

Abstract: In order to realize the detection of bridge cable defects,the paper introduces the integrated design of climbing snake robot control system for bridge cable detection,introduced the integrated framework of the system,including the wireless control system,the visual inspection and transmission system,the structure of the snake robot and the motion control system.The orthogonal joints spiral climb movement control model was proved to be effective with the mechanical system simulation software Adams.Besides,the cable-imitate climbing experimental results testify that the integrated design of the system was sound.

Abstract: Improved software architecture of the traditional automotive instrument based on in-depth research of AUTOSAR software architecture.Firstly,introduced a kind of software hierarchical architecture system of the instrument system.Used the CAN communication module as an example to describe the design and implementation process of the CAN driver layer,the CAN interface layer and the CAN network management.It ensured the accuracy of the electric vehicle communication and reduced the power consumption of the instrument.The application results show that the architecture of this software was easy to transplant with good reliability and scalability.

Abstract: In order to detect weak optical signals quickly and precisely,a three-channel high-precision optical detecting instrument based on FPGA was designed.The system uses a very sensitive photomultiplier tube to be the sensor,transform the strength of light to digital pulse signal,then catch the frequency of the pulse which could reflect the strength of the optical signal.Inside the FPGA,a NIOS II soft core was configured to be the central control,μC/OS-II operating system was transplanted to control the key module,LCD,step motor and so on.The system has three channels which could detect three different kinds of reagent,the interference among the three channels was little,the consistency and the system noise was low,greatly improve the detection efficiency.In the real experiment,the instrument was quite sensitive,the linear response was good and the detecting time was short,so it could be an efficient tool in the rapid detection.

Abstract: Hot washing on power transmission line devices was a convenient and effective way with high economic benefits for avoiding power grid pollution flashover.Because of no professional high-altitude hot washing device and big hidden danger in this work,a visual security control system was designed,which refers to distance measurement technique,video monitoring technique and automation technique.Experiments affirm that it can not only prevent electric shock and crash risk,improving safety coefficient,but also reduces the labor intensity,increasing work efficiency.
