TL;DR: The introduction of TPA eliminates the involvement of the client through the auditing of whether his data stored in the cloud is indeed intact, and in particular the task of allowing a Third Party Auditor (TPA), on behalf of the cloud client, to verify the integrity of the dynamic data storedIn the cloud.
Abstract: Cloud Computing has been envisioned as the next generation architecture of IT Enterprise. It moves the application software and databases to the centralized large data centers, where the management of the data and services may not be fully trustworthy. This work studies the problem of ensuring the integrity of data storage in Cloud Computing. In particular we consider the task of allowing a Third Party Auditor (TPA), on behalf of the cloud client, to verify the integrity of the dynamic data stored in the cloud. The introduction of TPA eliminates the involvement of the client through the auditing of whether his data stored in the cloud is indeed intact.

TL;DR: In this paper, a study was conducted to evaluate the possible causes of pavement distresses, and to recommend remedies to minimize distress of the pavement, based on the past experiences various pavement preservation techniques and measures are also discussed which will be helpful in increasing the serviceable life of pavement.
Abstract: In this paper Pavement failure is defined in terms of decreasing serviceability caused by the development of cracks and ruts. Before going into the maintenance strategies, we must look into the causes of failure of bituminous pavements. Failures of bituminous pavements are caused due to many reasons or combination of reasons. Application of correction in the existing surface will enhance the life of maintenance works as well as that of strengthening layer. It has been seen that only 3 parameters i.e. unevenness index, pavement cracking and rutting are considered while other distresses have been omitted while going for maintenance operations. Along with the maintenance techniques there are various methods for pavement preservation which will help in enhancing the life of pavement and delaying of its failure. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possible causes of pavement distresses, and to recommend remedies to minimize distress of the pavement. The paper describes lessons learnt from pavement failures and problems experienced during the last few years on a number of projects in India. Based on the past experiences various pavement preservation techniques and measures are also discussed which will be helpful in increasing the serviceable life of pavement.

TL;DR: A comparative performance of threshold technique as Histogram Dependent Technique (HDT) based on Global Threshold, Local Threshold and Adaptive Threshold one another is enumerated and reviewed.
Abstract: The present paper describes the study of the threshold techniques in image segmentation. Image segmentation is one of the fundamental approaches of the digital image processing. Image segmentation is used widely in many applications. Several general purpose algorithms and techniques have been developed for image segmentation. Segmentation applications are involving detection, recognition and measurement of features. The purpose of image segmentation is to partition an image into meaningful regions with respect to a particular application. Segmentation techniques can be classified as either contextual or non-contextual . Thresholding is a Non-Contextual Approach. This method is based on a threshold value to turn a gray-scale image into a binary image. In Histogram Dependent Technique, a histogram is computed from all of the pixels in the image and this paper enumerates and reviews a comparative performance of threshold technique as Histogram Dependent Technique (HDT) based on Global Threshold, Local Threshold and Adaptive Threshold one another.

TL;DR: In this article, a scheme is proposed in which the data hiding is done in encrypted version directly which includes the following different parts i.e. H.264/AVC video encryption, after that data embedding and at last data extraction.
Abstract: Sometimes there is need to store a digital encrypted video for a security purpose. For the video encryption purpose we need to hide a data behind the video. There are many techniques to hide a data. In this paper, a scheme is proposed in which the data hiding is done in encrypted version directly which includes the following different parts i.e. H.264/AVC video encryption, after that data embedding and at last data extraction. The codeword substitution method is used for getting the better results we used the codewords of motion vector differences and the code words of the residual coefficients. After that we can again hide the additional data by the method of codeword substitution. At the receiver side we can extract the data from the encrypted version directly or else we can extract the data and the original video by using encryption key. The experimental results shows the system’s efficiency and feasibility.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss the society in the present scenario while it is necessary to create meaningful relationships in the society so that people will be able to genuinely enjoy their lives with helping each other.
Abstract: Often we happen to come across this term that “human beings are social animal”. Here, social means being friendly with other people’s presence around us. In a very simple language, society refers to the member of specific groups who live and communicate together. But today we all are living in a fascinating, challenging and morally deteriorating world. Modern society is torn apart with discords and contradictions. As we live together the problems of relationships and interaction will certainly emerge. We want to do one thing and end up doing another. Personal problems, family problems and community problems even appear on the horizon of everyday living. Doubts, discords and difficulties are constantly overpowering us. Are we preparing ourselves for leaving behind a legacy of hatred and destruction for our coming generation? Just think minutely what our society need at this crucial moment. The root cause of this problem is the degradation of intrinsic human qualities. There is no necessity for despair because the spirit is within us. The morals and the values which we –– the human beings inculcate in their lifetime can solve many such problems occurring in their life. It also helps them in leading a peaceful life by guiding them at various levels, sometimes in day to day issues as well. In this paper, we will discuss the society in the present scenario while it is necessary to create meaningful relationships in the society so that people will be able to genuinely enjoy their lives with helping each other.
