TL;DR: The results showed that the Corn flour and wheat flour had a significant effect on the weight of Tenebrio molitor L's Larva, the proper temperature was about 25-30 ℃, humidity about 18%, density about 0.24-0.47 per cm2,darkness was more suitable for growth, and the larvae enjoyed moving in 4.0-5.5 cm from the surface of the feed.
Abstract: The ecological factors including the different condition of fodder,temperature,humidity,density and illumination that affected the growth and development of Tenebrio molitor L.in laboratory had been studied.These factors were analyzed by DPS statistic software.The results showed that the Corn flour and wheat flour had a significant effect on the weight of Tenebrio molitor L's Larva,the proper temperature was about 25-30 ℃,humidity about 18%,density about 0.24-0.47 per cm2,darkness was more suitable for growth,the larvae enjoyed moving in 4.0-5.5 cm from the surface of the feed.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the blood physiology and biochemistry parameters of adult normal red pandas.20 female and 8 male red pandas were selected for this study.All the animals were trained by drillmaster.With a special cage,blood samples were collected without any anaesthesia.23 blood physiology and 25 biochemistry parameters were determined by automatic blood and biochemistry analysis instrument.The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS11.5 and significant difference was tested between males and females.The reference values will be useful for diagnosing red pandas diseases and are valuable for the other research of the animal.

Abstract: This study investigated to evaluate the toxicity of organophosphorus pesticides on sperm motility of Carassius auratus.On the base of preliminary experiments,various concentrations of 0.005%,0.01%,0.02%,0.04%,0.08% and 0.16% omethoate were made by 40% omethoate emulsion,and those of 0.005%,0.01%,0.02%,0.04% and 0.05% dichlorovos were made by 80% dichlorovos emulsion.5 μL the diluted semen was slightly mixed with 30 μL different concentration of above organophosphorus pesticide solutions to detect sperm motility by computer assisting sperm analysis system(CASA) respectively.The results indicated that the velocity of sperm motility was the fastest violent movement,the duration of sperm was the longest of lifespan and the main tracks of sperm motility were linear and curve in the control group.The velocity and duration of sperm motility were decreased with the concentrations increase of organophosphorus pesticides,and the most tracks of sperm motility changed from linear to curve,and then from curve to swing or immobile in the experiment group.Therefore,organophosphorus pesticides affected the duration and velocity of sperm motility obviously,and had the toxic effect on the reproduction of Carassius auratus.

Abstract: In 2007,red deer broke a disease in one red deer farm in the area of Xijiang.Yang deer died from thin,poor appetite and nutrition.Adult animals appeared cough,difficult breath and high body temperature.The disease was diagnosed deer tuberculosis according to the results of pathological examination,bacterium culture and animal challenge.And conclusion was drawn that red deer could be infected by bovine tuberculosis mycobacterium.
