Blow-up Estimates for a Semilinear Reaction-diffusion System

Abstract: The prior estimate and decay property of positive solutions are derived for a system of semilinear elliptic differential equations first. Hence, the result of nonexistence for differential equation system of radially nonincreasing positive solutions is implied. By using this nonexistence result, we establish blow-up estimates for a class semilinear reaction-diffusion systems(Newtonian filtration systems), which extends the result of semilinear reaction-diffusion(Fujita type) systems.

Wavelet Transform and Applications

Abstract: In this paper, we mainly stated the principle and characteristic of continue wavelet transform, presented a several functions of wavelet, discussed the application of wavelet transform in image compression and signal processing.

Effect of Soaking of Hg~(2+) on Wheat During its Germination and Seedling Growth

Abstract: The experiment are carried out with water cultivation to study the effect of soaking of Hg 2+ on wheat during its germination and seedling growth. The results show that the rates of germination ,the average height of seedling , the average added weight per day and the average root length, the concentration of dissolved protein, the concentration of chlorophyll were getting down with the Hg 2+ concentration raising. But under the lower Hg 2+ concentration(≤20 mg/L)the indexes what mentioned above were not obviously dropping ,and the rates of germination were up a little. The activity of POD and SOD were up with the Hg 2+ concentration raising, but at Hg 2+ ≥50 mg/L the activity of POD began to drop, at Hg 2+ ≥70 mg/L the activity of SOD began to drop.

Non-Linear Artificial Neural Network Model and its Application in Corn Production Prediction

Abstract: Using method of non-linear artificial neural network BP model,taking prediction of total corn production in China as an example, this paper makes a corn production prediction in China. The results show that after being exercised, the network can provide nonlinear mapping relation between independent variables and dependent variable of corn production in China. The model is novelty, has higher precision and good effect. It can be widely applied in modeling of many forecast area, and also has high generalize vale.

The Computer Design of Arc Character Arrangement in Elliptical Seal

Abstract: In the research and development of the countercheck seal's software design, the author uses approximate ellipse which is generally utilized in engineering and works out the initial value "k"of character space which the arc character arrangement needs in elliptical seal. Using the initial value "k" to make seal softwares, which show very flexible and quick feature in practice and bear very strong practical value.

Family Discipline and Value Conception of Ancient Family Education

Abstract: Family discipline in China can be traced back to the Western Zhou Dynasty. It grew mature in the Sui and Tang Dynasties and was perfected in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which contained both the appositive and the negative spirits of China's ancient family education. The present paper gives a detailed analysis of the two aspects and points out that the overwhelming value orientation of the ancient family discipline has been the federal moral principles in family education.

A Class of Two-level Explicit Difference Schemes for Solving Two-dimensional Parabolic Equation

Abstract: A class of two-level explicit difference schemes are presented for solving two-dimensional parabolic equationWhen the order of truncation error is O(Δt+Δx 2),the stability condition is mesh ratio r=ΔtΔx 2=ΔtΔy 2≤12,which is better than that of all the other explicit difference schemesAnd when the order of truncation error is O(Δt 2+Δx 4),it becomes a concise and practical two-level explicit scheme with high accuracy

Analysis on the Isozymes of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)Among Soybean、Cassia Obtusifolia and Maize Seeds

Abstract: The Isozymes of Superoxide Dismutast (SOD) activities among Gloycine ?Cassia obtusifolia and Maize seeds were analyzed by PAGE. It was showed that: (1) There were 7 SOD bands in Cassia obtusifolia and corn seeds, 3 bands(Rf: 0.33?0.55?0.80) of them were the same; (2)Each species of plant seed had its unique SOD; (3)The use of SOD in the identification of plants was valuable.

Comparison on Some Aspects of Photosynthetic Declination of Wild Rice and 9516

Abstract: Wild rice(O. stiva L. f. Spontanea Roschev.) and 9516(sinica type cv.) were used to study the differences of photosynthetic declination between them. The flag leaves of 9516 have higher photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content during whole life span, the maximum photosynthetic rate for 9516 is 23.5 μmolCO 2m -2 S -1 and 15.5μmolCO 2m -2 S -1 for wild rice. The APD(active photosynthetic duration) of 9516 is nearly 20 days longer than that of wild rice. On a soluble protein basis, there is a little difference between specific activities of RuBP carboxylase in flag leaves from wild rice and 9516. The activity of endopeptidase rises later than beginning of photosynthesis declination, and becomes slightly higher in early phase of photosynthesis declination, but reaches very high level in the latest phase. It indicates that endopeptidase mainly plays a role during irreversible declination phase.
