Abstract: Legal positivism is an important legal school in western history of law, which plays a great role in the development of western legal thoughts. At the same time, legal positivism receives so many criticisms that people misunderstands it. In order to understand it correctly, this article firstly compares it with other similar concepts. Then this article focuses on the key topic of legal positivism: " separation thesis" and "social fact thesis". On the basis of them, this article defends for legal positivism. In the end,this article discusses the role of legal positivism in China and our suitable attitude to it.

The topological structure of the corresponding rough sets is established and the equivalence between covering rough set model and reflexive, transitive relation based generalized rough set model is proved. Also, the axiomatic description of covering rough set model is given.

Abstract: The global exponential stability problem of Cellular neural networks with delays is investigated in this paper.A new stability condition is present based on Lyapunov Krasovskii method,which is dependent on the size of delays.The results are given in the form of LMI,and the admitted upper bound of the delay can be obtained easily.The time delay independent results can be got,which include some results in the former literature.Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the main results.

Abstract: The prior estimate and decay property of positive solutions are derived for a system of semilinear elliptic differential equations first. Hence, the result of nonexistence for differential equation system of radially nonincreasing positive solutions is implied. By using this nonexistence result, we establish blow-up estimates for a class semilinear reaction-diffusion systems(Newtonian filtration systems), which extends the result of semilinear reaction-diffusion(Fujita type) systems.
