Adjusting the Agricultural Structure in the Western Part of China after its Entry into WTO

Abstract: After China's entry into WTO,the adj ustment should be conducted in respects as follows:1)the agricultural structure in the Western Part must be adjusted in the direction of the home and foreign ma rketing,developing the agriculture distinctive of giving full play to its own ad vantages and the green food industry,such as line of businesses in fruits,melons and vegetables without environmental poliution,flowers and plants,Chinese herba l medicine,seeds and nursery stock,ecological tourism and sight-seeing,etc.;2)t he adjustment of the agricultural structure in the Western Part must be based on its advantageous resources,vigorously developing grass and trees(green forage)a nd animal husbandry;3)the adjustment of the agricultural structure in the Wester n Part must be in line with its key points,actively developing agicultural produ ct processing industry.

On the Subjectivity and Objectivity of Value

Abstract: Value,as a relationship between men in reality and properties of objects that would satisfy the needs of the former,occurs and develops on the basis of practice;it is characterised both by the objectivity and subjectivity.Value is of objectivity for its being the properties of objects,and enters into an objective and realistic relationship with the needs of men as subject.Value is also of subjectivity,and in the relationship of value between the subject and object,the subject in need is in the centre of the value relationship,its practical needs forming the inherent yardstick of value,hence the human characteristics of value.
