Abstract: Green marketing stems from the degrading of ecological environment and consumer's increasing sense of(environmental) protection.The essence of green marketing is to response actively to man's increasing concern for ecological(environment) and make choices and decisions in marketing by adhering to the environmental protection principle and the(ecological) principle and building up green technology,green market and green industry.Therefore,green marketing has profound ethical connotation.However,green marketing in present Chinese enterprises is actually in conflict with the logics of enterprise behavior.

A Study on Friction-Stir Welds of Thick 7075 Aluminum Plate

Abstract: Friction-stir welds of 7075 aluminum plate in 10 mm thickness were completed.Through OM observation and tensile strength measurement,it is found that the bulky compound-phase in weld is cracked.Fine equiaxed grains are formed in weld nugget zone,and the grain size is about 4 μm.The change of plastic deformed lines in the transition zone between TMAZ and HAZ is not very acute. The grains are elongated along deformed lines.Small precipitations occur in grain boundary.The experiment result shows: when the rotating speed is 1200 r/min and the welding speed is 60 mm/min,the good weld is achieved,and the tensile strength of the weld reaches 320 MPa.

A Study on the Development of Mechanical Drive of Vehicle Transmission

Abstract: This article introduces types and characteristics of vehicle's transmission,and analysed its current development,with detailed discussion on the research methods of epicyclical gear transmission at home and abroad,including the design methods of its transmission diagram which has two or three degree-of-freedom,the process of shifting gears which has multiple degree-of-freedom,the denotation method of joint element on the chart of equivalent lever,and the equivalent lever method in which the dynamic and kinematical equation of epicyclical gear transmission is created.Finally,it analyses the strong points and defects of these research methods and points out their application prospect.

Application of Gray-Markov's Chain Theory in Prediction for Incidence of Chilo suppressalis

Abstract: Based on the statistic data of Xiangtan County during 1994-2004,the field area of Chilo suppressalis incidence in this region was predicted with Grey Model GM(1,1) and Gray-Markov's chain theory respectively.The results of comparing prediction values with incidence values showed that the resultant mean varying rate of 10 years obtained by(GM(1,1)) and Gray-Markov's chain theory was 10.56% and 6.18% respectively,indicating higher accuracy of the prediction and application advantage of Gray-Markov's chain theory in some aspects on the prediction for agronomy disasters.

Personal Attributes,Management Competence and Department's Performance for Governor

Abstract: Based on sample study on five enterprises in central south districts which rank top 20 in China in metallurgy industry,using Hierarchical Regression method,it analyzes empirically the relationships between managers' management competence,personal attributes and department performance.Meanwhile, the influence of interactions of different managers' personal attributes and management competence on department performance is examined.The research result shows that managers' management competence and personal attributes have significant influence on department performance;the interactions between different individual attributes and management competence have relatively significant influence on department performance.

The Improved EGM for Computation of the Shielding Failure Rate on 500 kV Transmission Line

Abstract: A typical lighting strike accident is introduced and the reasons of the incidences are discussed.The improved electrogeometrical model(EGM) is proposed and successfully explained some field accidents which can not be defined before by EGM.Also analyzed are the effect of tower structure,lightning current amplitude,angle of the lightning incidence,as well as the ground angle on the shielding failure rate.It is concluded that large lighting current can stride across lighting conductors to strike conductors under certain conditions in mountain areas.

Design of Excitation Control System for Hybrid-Excitation PMSG Based on 80C196KC

Abstract: A new type digital excitation regulator is designed with the core technology of the 16-bit processor 80C196KC integrated with digital control techniques and electronic technology for the use in hybrid-excitation generator. A stable voltage output is guaranteed by moderating the processing parameters of the permasyn generator with the controller of this machine.Experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of this controller.
