Abstract: The location and thickness of weak interlayer in roof are important factors to affect roof stabilization.Utilizing the knowledge of rock mechanics,materials,mechanical and synthetic approach including theoretical analysis,mathematical calculations,and based on layered composite rock beam through analysis hinge rock beam stability,this paper makes researches on the location and thickness of the soft interlayer effect roadway roof stability.It comes to a conclusion that the roof suffers the maximum tensile stress getting smaller and smaller due to the weak interlayer farther and farther away from the roof,and it obeys the law of curve change when the weak interlayer thickness of composite beam in the middle layer is constant;It also deduces that the relationship between rock thickness and stability span,determine to put the delamination span as the stabilization index.The research results has been used in practice,which has achieved good results.

Abstract: This paper systematically summarizes the process of laboratory studies on adsorption properties of coal, discusses in detail the coal sample's collection and the principles of industrial analysis before the experiment. It carries out the test coal samples' industry analysis and gets the characteristic parameters. Based on this and by using WY- 98B type adsorption constant detector, it studies the effect of particle size and temperature on adsorption properties of methane on coal through many experiments. According to the experimental results, it brings forward the law of the effect of particle size and temperature on the coal's adsorption properties. This is not only to verify the previous theoretical studies, but also to provide a basis on- site for practice.

Abstract: Froth image texture contains crucial information of flotation performance.Based on the fuzzy texture spectrum,an effective texture characterization approach is proposed for accurate description.From a human perception viewpoint,the membership function of the fuzzy texture spectrum is improved by introducing nonlinear function.Using the designed membership function,the fuzzy texture units are calculated according to the intensity variation between the central pixel and its adjacent pixels.Then a novel feature is extracted to describe the froth texture complexity.Given stable operating condition,some validity analyses of the proposed method are carried out.Experimental results prove their effectiveness.Optimum texture complexity range is detected so as to provide operational guidance for flotation process control.

Abstract: On the basis of existing theories on the impact of environment on psychology,actions driven by psychology and production safety,this paper explores the relations between human behaviors and accidents in the course of production.The paper,based on the facts found in Kailuan Coalmine,conducts a systematic analysis on eight psychological behaviors including fluky psychology,negligence,shot-cut behavior,conformity behavior,disillusion,assertive behavior,fear psychology and antagonistic psychology as well as those psychologically influencing factors such as temperature,humidity,lighting,colors,noise,human relations,food and other factors in the work environment.Given the fact that over 80% accidents have been taken place due to risk behaviors,this paper argues that,to prevent coalmine accidents,efforts should be made to eliminate those factors causing risky psychological behaviors.

Abstract: Based on k-e turbulence model,this paper made a numerical simulating of thermal environment in mine with high temperature and high humidity using Fluent soft,and evaluated the thermal comfort of environment with different air temperature and velocity parameters in mine by Predicted Mean Vote(PMV) and Predicted Percent Dissatisfied(PPD).Air flow field,temperature field,PMV and PPD values fields in high temperature and humidity tunnel have been obtained.When the air temperature was less than 25 ℃ and 28 ℃,the air velocity was 0.5 m/s and 1.0 m/s,it could meet the requirement of cooling by ventilation in the tunnel with 42 ℃.When the air temperature was more than 28 ℃,the inletting air should be cooled.

Abstract: Based on explosion propagation mechanism,the affecting factors and flame acceleration mechanism of ethane explosion in duct are analyzed. Affecting factors are obtained:duct factors,methane concentration,mix gas haracters,obstacles,ignition method,ignition location and environment condition;four flame acceleration mechanisms f methane explosion in duct are obtained:the instability mechanism induced by the action between combustion front and ressure wave;the positive feedback mechanism of heating and calefaction induced by fore shock wave;the differential cceleration mechanism of flame front;the turbulence acceleration of flame front. During the propagation of methane xplosion,which mechanism does act dominantly that is up to time and distance of flame acceleration and particular onfiguration of duct,namely,the development degree of all mechanism in detail experiment condition is up to the ominant effect of all factors.

Abstract: For the purpose of forecasting the losing of surface elevation caused by coal mine exploitation, on the basis of greysystemtheorymodeling, association analysis and residual identification, the greytheoryprediction model is built up. The model GM (1, 1) is applied in prediction analysis of ground settlement in Tuzhu Coal Mine of Jin Zhushan Mining Company, The losingofsurface elevation from 1~10 months in Year 2007 is generated and grey prediction system is built up. According to examination result of residual and check against the accuracy examination grade table, it indicates that the fitting degree of ground settlement in Tuzhu Coal Mine that is forecasted by grey system model, the actual value is high and the prediction result is correct and credible. Derogation of earth's surface building caused by the underground coal mining and the lower of elevation are reflected and an important reference frame is provided tothe reclamation programmingofcoal mine.

Abstract: Predictions in Ungauged Basins(PUB) is the theme of International Hydrological Decade,the core of which is runoff calculation.This paper proposes rainfall-runoff method to calculate non-closure small watershed runoff in ungauged basins,in which little research is done in this area.Then it makes comparison with other methods and finds that rainfall-runoff method is the most accurate.Taking the example of Daying Coal Mine in Guizhou about the calculation method of long-term average runoff,this paper introduces the practical application of this method.

Abstract: Hunan Province is rich in mineral resources,and it is the home of non-ferrous metal.In recent years,since the rapid development of mining industry,mine area production emphasizes on economic effect and neglects environmental protection,leading to the destruction of plow land and vegetation.Thus,there occur many mining geology disasters,such as the sink of the earth's surface,the decline of the water table,mine mud-rock flow disaster,pit sticking out water and mud,heavy metal pollution,and so on.The tailing ponds have significant safety problems.It is very difficult to further the mining area.Currently,the extremely important job is to reinforce governing and readjusting the tailing ponds.The dangerous and ill tailing ponds must stop production immediately,and must be repaired and the hidden trouble eliminated.The arts and crafts of tailing ponds construction should be consummated.It can't be put into use until it is checked out and accepted.We should strengthen research on reclamation and use of tailings,push forward the industry of reuse of tailings,improve laws and statues of mine exploitation,set up independent and safety superintending organization on environment protection,perfect the monitoring system to ensure its exertion functions effectively and prevent disasters from happening.Also,we should build up caution money system to restore mine environment,take much approaches on land reclamation,and change end-of-pipe pollution control to headstream governance,make sure mineral resources sustainable development.

Abstract: Evaluating reclamation mode is the precondition to implement reclamation of mine subsidence land. Attribute synthetic evaluation model is applied to the evaluation of reclamation mode of mine subsidence land. Attribute measurement functions are constructed, and the calculation methods are proposed to calculate the attribute measurement of single index and the synthetic attribute measurement. The confidence criterion is introduced as attribute recognition criterion. Finally, the model is applied to engineering example. The evaluation results agree well with them by extension method. Therefore, the feasibility and veracity of the proposed model are validated, which offers a new method for the evaluation of reclamation mode of mine subsidence land.

Abstract: Based on the study of deep high temperature and humidity mine and through the analysis of various factors that affect the miner thermal comfort, according to the calculation of miner thermal equilibrium, miner thermal comfort equation has been established. It also introduces the evaluation index of miner thermal comfort, such as PMV, PPD, ET, RWI, HIS and WCI. This paper indicates that it is necessary to further research the miner thermal comfort evaluation index on deep high temperature and humidity mine.

Abstract: The research purpose is to predict the amount of gas emitted from coal face.The gas emission data are analyzed using the fuzzy C-mean cluster algorithm.The sample classification,Cluster centers and membership degrees of samples are obtained.The classification criterion of gas emission is established to validate the veracity of fuzzy C-mean cluster algorithm.According to the influencing factors of gas emission and cluster centers,categorization prediction model for gas emission is founded by using grey incidence analysis method,and is applied to predict testing samples.Based on the combination of the fuzzy C-mean cluster algorithm and the categorization prediction model,the categorization prediction of gas emission is achieved.Finally,the method is applied to practical examples.The application shows that the method is feasible to predicting the amount of gas emitted from coal face.
