TL;DR: In this paper, the theoretical effectiveness of the flat solar collector as well as the factors that produce the major loss of heat were discussed. But the authors focused on several different transparent surfaces used for determining the efficiency of the collector.
Abstract: The paper deals with a flat plate solar collector. The experiment was conducted using the finite element method and described the theoretical effectiveness of the flat solar collector as well as the factors that produce the major loss of heat. Investigation has concentrated on several different transparent surfaces used for determining the efficiency of the collector: 5 mm thick transparent glass and 5 mm thick transparent glass coated with a film of 120 μm. TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyze literature and find out empirical evidence on product price and quality influence on customer satisfaction through neuromarketing approach, and reveal that price is an important factor for customer satisfaction which leads to marketing managers' decisions complexity nowadays as markets are becoming more and more complex and overloaded.
Abstract: The purpose of this article is to analyze literature and find out empirical evidence on product price and quality influence on customer satisfaction through neuromarketing approach. Customers’ satisfaction on their purchase is a significant factor that leads business to success. In recent times, customer satisfaction has gained new attention within the context of the paradigm shift from transactional marketing to relationship marketing. Even it is agreed in the literature that price and quality has high effect on customer satisfaction; still there is little empirical evidence exploring this relation. Almost nothing is known about the human neural mechanisms through which it affects the decisions made by individuals. So, in this article there are reviewed two neuromarketing study cases as neuromarketing provides qualitatively different information, ostensibly better quality comparing to that obtained by traditional methods. The whole article reveals that price and quality is an important factor for customer satisfaction which leads to marketing managers’ decisions complexity nowadays as markets are becoming more and more complex and overloaded. TL;DR: In this paper, focus group discussion aims to analyse citizens' insights in regards to the smart city and their contribution to creation of it, and case study of Vilnius examines a position of mu-nicipality in developing city as smart.
Abstract: The concept Smart City is used widely but it is perceived differently as well. Literature review reveals key elements of the Smart City – Information and Communication Technologies and Smart Citizens. Nevertheless, raising public awareness is not a priority of local municipalities which are trying to develop cities. Focus group discussion aims to analyse citizens’ insights in regards to the Smart City and their contribution to creation of it. Case study of Vilnius examines a position of mu-nicipality in developing city as smart. Study contains suggestions for the improvement of communication in the city. Methods employed: comparative literature analysis, focus group investigation, case study.
