Abstract: In this paper,by integrating subjective and objective attribute weight information,an optimal combination weighting model in multi-attribute decision making is proposed,and the solution given in documentis simplified.The integrating weight coefficients are determined by calculating the similarity scale of each weight vector,and the similarity scales are given by relative entropy of weight vectors.Finally,an example is presented to illustrate the approach.

Abstract: In this paper,we develop an inventory model for finding the replenishment schedule for an inventory system,in which items deteriorate at a constant rate and demand is price-sensitive when the supplier gives quantity discounts.It is shown that when the supplier gives quantity discounts,the buyer's demand increa-(ses).Sensitivity analysis with the numerical example shows that order quantity and replenishment cycle are very sensitive to the deterioration rate,but the retailer's profit per unit time is not.The retailer's unit selling price and profit per unit time are very sensitive to the price-sensitive parameter.A numerical example is presented.

Abstract: In view of the fact that the existing concepts of float cannot reflect fully the intrinsic relation both preceding activities and succeeding activities of CPM network,three new concepts of activity floats are proposed.To the popular time-scaled network diagram-early time-scaled network diagram and late time-scaled network diagram,based on the theory of the path length theory,we give the theoretical basis,and protract the time-scaled network diagram stochastically.Three new concepts of activity floats which are put forward help to plot time-scaled network diagram,and make the applications of network more practical and feasible.

Abstract: As the important part of Knowledge Management(KM),evaluation of KM performance is used to help the enterprises find out the key factors that restrain the enhancing of performance.And the effective measures will be adopted to improve the level of KM.In this paper,from the aspects of creating customer value,knowledge acquisition capability,knowledge sharing and transmission,knowledge application,knowledge stocks and KM platform,the primary factors of the performance of KM for supply chain are analyzed and an index system of performance of KM for supply chain is established.Based on the system,an evidential reasoning method is proposed to evaluate the KM performance.The arithmetic step for evidence reasoning is presented.Finally,an example illustrates that this method is efficient and practical.

Abstract: In an Internet direct sales supply chain,the customers make direct purchases from the manufacturer sacrificing the benefit of physicalinspection of the product.This increases the likelihood that customers will have some dissatisfaction with the product and would like to return it.A clearly explained and generous return policy,then,will be welcomed by the customers and therefore will enhance demand.From the manufacturer's point of view,this will increase revenue,but will also increase cost due to increased likelihood of return.This paper develops a profit-maximization model to obtain optimal policies for price and the return policy in terms of price and return.It obtains jointly a number of managerial guidelines for using marketing and operational strategy variables to influence the parameters so as to obtain the maximum benefit from the market.The paper mentions several future research possibilities.

Abstract: This paper provides a meaningful comprehensive goal for the flexible job shop scheduling—Make the possible reduction of the machine burden while we shorten the span of manufacturing.Because the traditional genetic algorithm has localizations in the solution to flexible job shop scheduling,we propose an improved genetic algorithm.Firstly,we give the algorithm of scheduling according to the compositive objective in order to obtain initial solutions.Secondly,we add the coding method based on machine assignment to the general coding method based on procedure order and design the corresponding crossover,mutation operations according to the characteristic of flexible job shop scheduling.Finally,we design the migration operation to solve multi-objective optimization problems according to the idea of environment migration in the phenomenon of species evolution.The result of experiment shows than the improved genetic algorithm is superior to the traditional one in the solution to multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling.

Abstract: How to obtain the weight coefficients scientifically and logically is very critical to the Multiple Attribute Decision Making(MADM),and it determines the reliability and validity of the results of MADM.Considering the influence of different matrix-standard ways to weight coefficients,the article puts forward the idea that the weight coefficients can be obtained based on different standard matrixes,and a new fuzzy optimization algorithm to determine weight coefficients is constituted.Finally,a decision-making case of fighters is provided and the result shows that the algorithm can converge to the optimum weight coefficients quickly,so it will be a new effective way to determine the weight coefficients of MADM.

Abstract: Penalty functions are often used in constrained optimization,but it is difficult to choose parameter property.In this paper,a new non-parameter penalty function multi-objective orthogonal genetic algorithm is presented to solve the nonlinear programming problem.It puts penalty to constraint violations in order to keep a ratio of infeasible solutions in population.As a result,it can not only increase the diversity of population but also avoid the defects of over-penalization.This makes the group approach optimal solution easy.The numerical experiment shows that this algorithm is effective in dealing with the nonlinear programming problem.

Abstract: Several models have been presented to forecast marine ice condition disaster according to its nonliear complex problems.In this paper,nonlinear combination forecasting(NN-NLCF) model based on neural network isapplied to forecasting marine ice condition disaster,which is nonlinear and has excellent character of function approximation.The result shows that owing to being consistent with nonlinear character of marine ice condition and taking full advantage of effective information of combined models,NN-NLCF model can reflect the objective trend of marine ice condition,its forecasting is robust and accurate relatively,and it can be widely applied to forecasting different natural disaster time series.

Abstract: This paper presents a new composite forecasting method for corporation financial distress modeling and forecasting based on rough-fuzzy-ANN model,and gives the corresponding composite learning algorithm.After doing the empirical research which is based on the latest data of China's listed company,the result shows that this method is highly accurate and have reinforcement learning properties and mapping capabilities.For forecasting financial distress,it proves to be feasible and valid.The research work supplies a new way for dynamic prediction for enterprise financial crisis.

Abstract: New eigenvector method for priority of reciprocal judgment matrix based on correlativity is proposed.Using the transformation formulas between perfectly consistent reciprocal judgment matrix and consistent fuzzy judgment matrix,this paper also puts forward new eigenvector ways for priority of fuzzy judgment matrix grounded on additive consistency and multiplicative consistency.It is illustrated by numerical examples that these approaches of judgment matrices are effective.
