The application of composite DEA method in measuring the performance of knowledge management of enterpriss

Abstract: An improved composite DEA method is used to evaluate the performance of knwledge management in some knowledge-extensive enterprises. It is proved to be helpful for enterprises not only discover the gap between themselves and excellent enterprises in the same field,but also to find out what the matter is. Accordingly, it triggers enterprises to scam their knowledge management activity from the point of view of organizational behavior and further reveals the causes of the relatively inefficiency. Consequently, this method provides theoretic foundation and real rules for enterprises to estimate, track and inspect their knowledge manageme4nt activity.

Research on the innovation system based on the complexity theory

Abstract: The paper analyses the research course of innovation theory along with the development of economic. The origins of innovation system's complexity are pointed out. Based on the classifying of complexity theory, the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign countries' are compared. In the end, according as complexity theory the framework of innovation system is established and the direction of more research is pointed out.

A comparative study over S & T output indicators between mainland China and Taiwan region

Abstract: The paper compares the mainland China and Taiwan region in terms of two kinds of output indicators, namely scientific output indicators, represented by the quantity and the citation of SCI papers, and technical output indicator, represented by the number of patents granted by USPTO. Both indicators are about 1990s. The article also examines the increase rate of those indicators. The mainland China and Taiwan region showed different trend in terms of ST output in the 1990s: the scientific output and technical output of the mainland China grew unevenly; and in contrast, Taiwan region's indicators climbed evenly and more quickly. The possible factors causing these differences between the mainland China and Taiwan region, especially in terms of ST policies and their implementation, are discussed.

Abstract: The quality of enterprise environmental management has been an important element influencing the enterprise international competitiveness. Traditional enterprise environmental management tends to bring the firm into passive status because of its inherent faults. Strategic Environmental Management Based On Stakeholders' Participation(SEMBOSP) systematically integrated stakeholders' claims into enterprise shared value, strategy, structure, skill, system and style. By implementing SEMBOSP, enterprise can develop environmental management proactively so as to gain competitive advantage. This pattern of SEMBOSP has significant to Chinese enterprise on how to break down "green obstacle" after joining WTO.

Abstract: In this paper, the international cooperation on science and technology of research university was investigated using Zhejiang University as an example. The recent situation and characters of the science and technological cooperation between Zhejiang University and U.S.A were introduced. The resultant benefits and problems was discussed. The prospect on cooperation of China and U.S.A. was forecasted and some suggestions were given.

Abstract: Presented is to analyze enlarged implications of the Taylor scientific management in the history of management thoughts by making use of the paradigm idea borrowed from history and philosophy of science by American Thomas Kuhn. A method to judge the innovative organization

Abstract: In this paper, we discusses the concept and characters of innovative organization. After that a group of index describing the innovation degree were proposed to judge the innovative organization. We define the innovation degree of innovative organization through the similarity coefficient with a standard vector to represent the highest level. Finally, we illustrate our method with an example and found this method is efficient.
