Clinical Investigation on Compound Danshen Dropping Pill in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

Abstract: Objective: To study the efficiency of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill in coronary heart disease Angina Pectoris and its influence on hemorrheology.Methods:120 patients with angina pectoris were divided into 2 groups by single blind procedure.60 patients were treated with Compound Danshen Dropping Pill for 2 months while the other 60 patients were treated with Isosrbide linitrate.Results: In patients of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill therapy group,remission rate of angina was 88%,and the responsive rate of ECG was 80%,In Isosorbide dinitrate group,90% patients showed angina release,and the responsive rate of ECG was 78%,hemorrheology indices of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill therapy group were significantly different from that of contrast group.Conclusion:Compound Danshen Dropping Pill was a safe,efficient drug in treating myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.

Effect of Shaking-flask Conditions on Expression of PTD-SOD by Escherichia Coli

Abstract: Objective:To study the induction and expression of strains with recombinant plasmid of PTD-SODMethods: The effects of the concentration of inducer as well as the inducing time on the expression amount of PTD-SOD were investigated by SDS-PAGE analysisThe influence of induction temperature on the style of expressed PTD-SOD was also analyzedResults:The expression conditions were as follows: IPTG concentration 05mM,induction temperature 20℃ and induction time 4 hoursConclusion: The above conditions are the optimum expression conditions for recombinant strain flask cultivation

Clinical Analysis on Expression of Estrogen and Progesterone Receptors in Breast Cancer (A Report of 836 Cases)

Abstract: Objective: To explore the distribution of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in breast cancer patients and compare the relationship between ER,PR and clinical parameters.Methods: 836 specimens of breast cancer were stained for ER and PR by SP two step method,and compared with age,menstuation status,histopathology and metastases of axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients.Results: The correlation between ER and PR was positive(P0.001).The expression of ER(+),PR(+) and PR(-) were not associated with the age of patients(P0.05).The ER negative expression in patients aged 39 or younger was significantly higher than other age groups(P0.001).The ER(+) expression in postmenopausal patients were higher than that of the premenopausal ones(P0.001),while the PR(+) expression was lower than that of the premenopausal patients(P0.001).There was no significant difference between the histopathological type and the expression of ER and PR(P0.05).The expression of ER(+) and PR(+) in patients without axillary lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in positive axillary lymph nodes ones(P0.001),whereas the expression of ER(-) and PR(-) in patients without axillary lymphatic metastasis were lower than those in positive patients(P0.001).Conclusion: The expression of ER and PR has certain regular patterns and may be as the marker to select the combining therapy and estimate the prognosis in breast cancer patients.

Treatment of Multiple Superficial Bladder Tumors with Bladder Mucosal Stripping in Aged Patients

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the therapy of multiple superficial bladder tumors in aged patients.Methods: Bladder mucosal stripping plus multispot submucosal injection of mitomycin were made from 1995～2005.The cases were analysed retrospectively.Results: The results were satisfactory.The recurrence rate was 13.9%.Conclusion: Bladder mucosal stripping is a effective treatment method for multiple superficial bladder tumors in aged patients.

The Clinical Effect of Xuesaitong in the Treatment of Hematoma Absorption

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xuesaitong to improve absorption of hematoma.Methods:78 patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the Xuesaitong treatment group and normal control group.The situation of hematoma absorption and recovery of nerve function were respectively studied.Results:The Xuesaitong treatment group were better than normal control group in both side.Conclusion:Xuesaitong is an effective drug in improving hematoma absorption,accelerating the renew of nerve function.

Pyogenic Granuloma : a Clinicopathologic Study of 32 Cases

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinicopathologic features and differential diagnosis of the pyogenic granuloma(PG).Methods: 32 cases of PG were studied by routine stain and 8 of them also by immunohistochemistry,18 patients were followed up.Results: Range of age in 32 patients with PG was from 13 to 66 years old(mean36),with 10 male and 22 female.Location of the tumor was in the head and face(25 cases).The tumors were with mean size of 1 cm.The lesions showed polypoid shape in 26 cases.The tumors composed of lobular structure consisted of proliferating capillaries in mucosa and derma.Immunohistochemically,endothelial cells expressed CD_(34) and peri-vascular spindle cells showed SMA positive.The recurrent rate in 3 cases was16.7%.Conclusions:PG has evident charateristics in age,sex,site and lesion duration.Few cases can recur.The important elements of the tumors are endothelial cells and the peri-vascular spindle cells and the chief feature is lobular structure composed of proliferating capillaries.
