Abstract: Objective:To investigate the relationship between helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)in children and find out the etiological treatment for HSP.Methods:Positive rate of Hp-IgG between normal children and children with HSP were compared.Children with Hp were randomly divided into two groups and were respectively treated with Hp eradication therapy together with conventional therapy and conventional therapy only.The recurrence rates were compared.Results:The infection rate in 60 children with HSP,especially in the 40 children with Henoch purpura was significantly higher than that in normal children.Hp infection with triplex therapy for 2 weeks in HSP could reduce the recurrence of HSP.Conclusion:Hp infection may be one of the reasons of HSP in children,and is related with Henoch purpura.Eradication of Hp can reduce recurence of HSP.

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the expression of COX-2 in 37 cases of osteosarcoma and analyse its significance in diagnosis and prognosis of osteosarcoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical strain was used to detect the expression of COX-2 in 37 cases of osteosarcoma.Results:From 37 cases COX-2 was positive in the 32.The expression of COX-2 was related to the metastasis and grade,had no relation to the category.Conclusion:COX-2 is related to the generation and prognosis,it may be an indicator for clinical diagnosis and prognosis of osteosarcoma.

Abstract: Objective:To detect the change of TNF level in RA patients before and after treatment with YISAIPU(Recombinant Human Tumor Necrosis Factor-O Receptor),and explore its clinical significance.Methods:ELISA method was used to detect the serum levels of TNF in 45 RA patients before and after treatment with YISAIPU,and the comparison study of their TNF levels was carried out with that of healthy controls.Results:The serum level of TNF in RA patients was higher than that of healthy adults,however,the content of TNF decreased significantly after treatment with YISAIPU in RA patients(P0.05).Conclusion:YISAIPU can lower the serum level of TNF in RA patients and improve the clinical symptoms.
