TL;DR: Immune response of 60micrograms dose of hepatitis B vaccine at 0month is better than 20or 10microgramS dose of vaccine at0,1,6month.
Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the safety and the immunization effect of hepatitis B vaccine in adults by different dosages and schedules. Methods:According to the principle of voluntariness hepatitis B vaccination by dosage 60,20or10micrograms at 0month,0,1,6month or 0,1,6month was conducted among the adults who were susceptible to hepatitis B virus.Comparisons on adverse reaction rates or anti-HBs positive rates between three groups were done by using chi-square test. Results:There were no significant differences in adverse reaction rate between three groups(χ2=5.09,P0.05).Anti-HBs positive rates of 60,20or 10micrograms dose groups were 96.7%,90.5%和88.1%,respectively.There were significant differences in anti-HBs positive rates between 60and 20micrograms dose groups(χ2=0.010,P0.017),60and 10micrograms dose groups(χ2=0.001,P0.017).Conclusion:60micrograms dose of hepatitis B vaccine has the same safety to 20or 10micrograms dose of vaccine.Immune response of 60micrograms dose of hepatitis B vaccine at 0month is better than 20or 10micrograms dose of vaccine at 0,1,6month.
