Abstract: Although agricultural developments of China have made a great progress with the reform of rural economic regime since 1978 that is noticed by all over the world, but it is facing many difficulties in the case of globalization, i.e. serious problems of resource and environment, grain and foodstuff, cost and benefit, technology, international agricultural rival, residual rural labors, etc. The paper has analyzed the difficulties during the agricultural sustainable development of china, and proposed some measures with them.

Abstract: This paper gives a rather comprehensive retrospection to theoretical progresses of sustainable agricultural and rural development both at home and abroad.It disposes from sustainable agriculture(SAD) to sustainable rural development(SRD) and then to combination of the two sides--sustainable agricultural and rural development(SARD) including the connotation and extension of SAD and SARD, the methods of SARD evaluation and regional researches on SARD. Based on these contents, some appraisals to the present situation of the researches are presented: (1)Though the situation of all flowers are in bloom in the researches on SARD, up to now, a systematic summation of theories, especially the nucleus theories of SARD, has not been made. (2)It is not enough to summarize the practices of SARD. Some available summations being government officials' superficial ones, the abstraction and generalization of models and mechanisms of SARD are deficient, thus there is little value of popularization and generalization. (3) There is little combination between the researches of SAD and SARD. (4)The researches on regional SARD are extensive but not proficient. (5)The special emphases of researches of China and foreign countries being different, China scholars should learn from others' theories and methods.

Abstract: Guangxi is one of main provintial regions of boundary trade with Vietnam. According to location, transportation and hinterland, an obvious hierarchy of spatial structure exisits in boundary trade port group. In order to improve the spatial structure, several suggestions and countermeasure are put forward in the paper.
