Abstract
The invention relates to a 5-aryl-2-arylselenenyl-1,3-oxazole compound and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following step: in an organic solvent, by taking 5-aryl-1,3-oxazole and aromatic iodide as raw materials and single selenium as a seleno-based reagent, and under the coactions of a copper catalyst and an alkali, carrying out a serial reaction, thereby obtaining the5-aryl-2-arylselenenyl-1,3-oxazole compound. The method is simple in reaction condition, high in product yield and purity, develops novel synthesis routes and methods for the 5-aryl-2-arylselenenyl-1,3-oxazole compound, and has good application potential and study values.
