TLDR
In this paper, a parabolic-type reflector antenna for radar was proposed, where the horizontal and vertical axes and the axis XX' of the reflector pass through the centre of phase 21 of the primary source, which centre is coincident with the focus of the reflectionor, in such a way that the system is constantly focused.Abstract:
The invention relates to a reflector antenna for radar. This antenna includes a fixed primary source 2 and a parabolic-type reflector 1 which is movable in rotation around a vertical axis GG' for pointing in azimuth, and around a horizontal axis SS' for pointing in elevation. The horizontal and vertical axes and the axis XX' of the reflector pass through the centre of phase 21 of the primary source, which centre is coincident with the focus of the reflector, in such a way that the system is constantly focused. The invention applies especially to very high power radiation with very short pulses.read more

Dual frequency feed horn for an antenna
TL;DR: A steerable feeder link antenna is formed of a steerable reflector and a stationary feed horn assembly, which allows dual mode transmit and receive functions for circularly polarized microwaves and includes a four arm turnstile junction coupled to the feed horn's side wall to couple transmit frequencies, and an axially coupled transmission line for the receive frequencies as discussed by the authors.

Radiometric electrical line sensor in combination with mechanical rotating mirror for creating 2D image
Stefan Koch,Marc Guthoerl +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a sensor unit which consists of a reflecting element mounted so as to be rotatable around an axis of rotation and a line sensor operating in the microwave, millimeter wave and/or terahertz frequency range and having its field of view directed towards the reflecting element.

Mobile-beam antenna mounting
TL;DR: In this article, a mobile-beam antenna mounting comprising a supporting base (6), at least one reflector (1), and a transmission and/or reception source is proposed. But the source is arranged in the mounting so as to be immobile relative to the supporting base, and the mounting further comprises a mobile carrier supporting the reflector.
