Analysis on Key Points of the Post-Disaster Reconstruction Engineering Cost Management

TLDR: Based on the study of some post-disaster reconstruction project examples and related policy documents, this paper analyzed the existing problems of the postdisaster reconstruct project engineering cost combining with the actual engineering projects of post-Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction and put forward some suggestions for it in the end.

Abstract: Based on the study of some post-disaster reconstruction project examples and related policy documents,this article analyses the existing problems of the post-disaster reconstruction project engineering cost combining with the actual engineering projects of the post-Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction. Then it discusses the factors that affect the post-disaster reconstruction project engineering cost and puts forward some suggestions for it in the end. The study of this paper expects to provide some theoretical and practical references for the subsequent engineering practices, and hopes not only promoting the limited government post-disaster reconstruction special funds to realize their maximum utility, but also enhancing the whole level of our countries'reconstruction management and engineering cost control.
