Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-collision travel control method of a reciprocating type compressor, the reciprocating type compressor and a refrigerator. The anti-collision travel control method of the reciprocating type compressor comprises the following steps that (1) the counter electromotive force sensed by a coil is collected; (2) zero-cross detection is conducted on the counter electromotiveforce; and (3) secondary derivation is conducted on a counter electromotive force curve, a secondary derivation value is obtained, and when it is judged that a piston operates to an upper stop point,the absolute value of the current secondary derivation value is compared with a threshold value t1. According to the anti-collision travel control method of the reciprocating type compressor, the cost and space of installing a displacement sensor and other detection devices at present are saved; the position of the compressor is judged through software according to the high-low level generated bya zero cross circuit, and it is avoided that the piston collides with an exhaust valve plate.
