This article presents the concepts of soft set theory and its relations. It the common observation that more symptoms give more accuracy to calculate the disease, so we enhanced the work (Jafar at el., 2019) from trapezoidal to octagonal symptoms symbolically. So, we have used Sanchez’s Approach in terms of Octagonal fuzzy number. In the end for the better understanding the theory an elaborative example using hypothetical data has also been presented.read more
