The invention provides an artificial sandstone aggregate production system and a dust suppression and removing method thereof. The artificial sandstone aggregate production system comprises a crushing unit and a dust suppression and removing device arranged above the crushing unit. The dust suppression and removing device comprises a dust collection hood and a dust removing device. A dust suction port and a dust discharge port are arranged on the dust collection hood. The dust suction port of the dust collection hood is covered above a dust port of the crushing unit. The dust discharge port of the dust collection hood is connected with the inlet of the dust removing device through a pipeline. With the method, dust escaping and spreading during an artificial sandstone aggregate processing process are reduced, and environment pollution is reduced.read more
