A mathematical model for the effectiveness assessment of interstate electric ties in North-East Asia

TL;DR: In this paper, the peculiarities of electric connections between electric power systems of North-East Asia countries (Russia, China, Korea, Japan) were considered and their analysis allows one to expect rather high potential effectiveness of the interconnection of national power systems in the region.
