Abstract: 
A computer color matching technique for wood dyeing has been developed by using the DC color matching and color information management systems produced by the Datacolor Company in Switzerland.The process includes measuring the color of wood samples,determining dyeset,preparing and measuring basic color samples,establishing a basic data pool,and calculating and correcting recipes.It provides quick calculation,high accuracy and is able to calculate the most economical dyeing scheme while ensuring the accuracy of the color match.
