TLDR
In this article, a high functional fiber difficult to be dyed, selected from polyphenylene sulfide fiber and polyether ether ketone fiber excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance is dyed at temperatures beyond the crystallization point in temperature-rise condition by the thermosol process using a disperse dye.
Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the subject excellent dyeing excellent in washfastness without damage to its high functions by dyeing a high functional fiber excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, etc., at temperatures beyond the crystallization point in temperature-rise condition using the thermosol process. CONSTITUTION:A high functional fiber difficult to be dyed, selected from polyphenylene sulfide fiber and polyether ether ketone fiber excellent in heat resistance and chemical resistance is dyed at temperatures (e.g. 160-260 deg.C and 180-316 deg.C) beyond the crystallization point in temperature-rise condition by the thermosol process using a disperse dye to obtain the objective excellently dyed fiber excellent in wash-fastness without damage to mechanical properties, heat resistance and chemical resistance thereof.

Method for dyeing polyphenylene sulfide fiber or fabric

TL;DR: In this article, a method for dyeing polyphenylene sulfide fiber or fabric is described, which comprises the following steps: treating the polyplene sulfide fibers or fabrics, soaking the polyphenane sulfide fibre or fabric into a high-temperature high-pressure dyeing machine filled with dyeing solution in a bath ratio of 1: 10-50, heating the polyphylene sulfides fiber or fabrics to between 100 and 140 DEG C at a heating sped of 0.5 to 5 DEGC per minute, preserving the heat and dyeing
