Abstract
The object of this essay is to show how Sara Cobb’s “narrative circular model” helps to solve conflicts in a creative way by the use of a new “narrative”, and, simultaneously, helps to enjoy the solutions chosen by the parts in conflict. Such process generates a different thought in the sense that new parameters determine the behaviour of the people involved. People focus on their own responsibilities, and stop “loading” them on others. It is a communication process that leads individuals to their adequate development, avoiding greater conflicts. As a conclusion, it is a process of learning that allows a better communication with the different systems in which the individual is inserted.
