Forming system for print image file

Abstract: PURPOSE:To know easily the type and the quantity of an output form at outputting the a list classified in parties to be distributed by producing a form control record to control a print image file classified in the kind of form and the parties to be distributed. CONSTITUTION:A form control file record 22, the number of copies which are retrieved by the form numbers and the code of parties to be distributed of a program output file record 21, and the number of copies supplying the information on the number of form-based copies are different by the processing dates. Then said number of copies contain the information on the daily, monthly and term-end periods. A form control record 25 is produced by adding the form type of the record 22 to the record 21 and for each receiver-based form number of a data record 24. Thus the record 25 contains the total number of pages of the form and the total number of copies. Thus it is possible to know the type and quantity of an output form and to control the desired number of copies.
