TLDR
Hadamard matrices have been widely studied in the literature and many of their applications can be found in this paper, e.g., incomplete block designs, Youden designs, orthogonal $F$-square designs, optimal saturated resolution III (SRSIII), optimal weighing designs, maximal sets of pairwise independent random variables with uniform measure, error correcting and detecting codes, Walsh functions, and other mathematical and statistical objects.Abstract:
An $n \times n$ matrix $H$ with all its entries $+1$ and $-1$ is Hadamard if $HH' = nI$. It is well known that $n$ must be 1, 2 or a multiple of 4 for such a matrix to exist, but is not known whether Hadamard matrices exist for every $n$ which is a multiple of 4. The smallest order for which a Hadamard matrix has not been constructed is (as of 1977) 268. Research in the area of Hadamard matrices and their applications has steadily and rapidly grown, especially during the last three decades. These matrices can be transformed to produce incomplete block designs, $t$-designs, Youden designs, orthogonal $F$-square designs, optimal saturated resolution III designs, optimal weighing designs, maximal sets of pairwise independent random variables with uniform measure, error correcting and detecting codes, Walsh functions, and other mathematical and statistical objects. In this paper we survey the existence of Hadamard matrices and many of their applications.read more

Extension of Paley Construction for Hadamard Matrix
Shipra Kumari,Hrishikesh Mahato +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the Paley constructions for Hadamard matrices were extended for any odd prime power and obtained a series of Hadamards which are non-isomorphic to the matrices obtained by standard Paley construction, Sylvester construction, Williamson construction, or combination of either of these constructions with SylvesTER construction.

Improved upper bounds for the rigidity of Kronecker products.
TL;DR: In a recent paper as mentioned in this paper, Alman gave a general non-rigidity result for Paley-Hadamard matrices, and showed that these matrices are not Valiant-rigid.

On Error Analysis of Systems of Linear Equations with Hadamard Coefficients
TL;DR: In this article , error analysis for linear equation systems whose coefficients matrix is Hadamard matrix is discussed, and the effect of the change in the elements in the f vector at the same rate and at different rates are examined, and relative error and absolute error equations for this system were given.

Several classes of hadamard matrices
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that if one wants the N-order H-matrix to exist, then N should be the multiple of 4. But up till now, it is not clear whether this is a sufficient condition.

Predictive Aging of Reliability of two Delay PUFs.
TL;DR: The effect of aging on the stability of two delay PUFs: arbiter-PUFs and loop- PUFs are investigated and the architectural impact of these PUFS on reliability decrease due to aging is analyzed.
