A system for securely transmitting information from a plurality of data sources to a plurality of data consumers, each of the data consumers being associated with a corresponding set of one or more subscriber tags includes a computer system configured to: receive a message from a data source of the data sources, the message including encrypted data and one or more metadata tags describing the encrypted data; identify one or more recipient data consumers of the data consumers in accordance with whether the metadata tags and the sets of tags associated with the data consumers satisfy one or more rules; and for each identified recipient data consumer of the identified recipient data consumers: re-encrypt the encrypted data of the message using a re-encryption key corresponding to the data source and the identified data consumer to generate re-encrypted data; and transmit the re-encrypted data to the identified recipient data consumer.read more
