Abstract
Expressions for the creep strain obtained in accordance with the Leaderman-Rozovskii theory and in the form of a multiple-integral Volterra series are compared for different loading paths The influence functions are assumed to be symmetrical The strain intensity-time curves are calculated for a complex loading path for which the stress intensity is constant It is found that these curves are nonmonotonic for both linear and nonlinear creep
