Hyper-production of l-trytophan via fermentation with crystallization
TL;DR: A stable and fast l-Tryptophan producer, AGX1757, was isolated from Escherichia coli W3110 trpAE1 trpR tnaA, which carried pSC101-trpI15·14, and the inhibitory effect of tryptophan synthase by l-t Kryptophan accumulated in the broth could be alleviated and further fermentation became possible.
