Abstract
The present invention relates to a mouth guard including: an arch-shaped guard frame where a tooth groove is formed for tooth insertion; and a guard cover stacked on the outer surface of the guard frame. The guard cover has: a tongue-side cover stacked on a tongue side of the guard frame; and a lip-side cover formed integrally with the tongue-side cover, stacked on a lip side of the guard frame, and higher than the tongue-side cover. The lip-side cover has: a lip-side base portion superposed on the lip side of the guard frame; and a gum protecting portion extending upward and downward from the lip-side base portion with its surfaces on both of its sides exposed. According to the present invention, the gum-covering part is thinner than the tooth surface-covering part, and thus the present invention can be worn in a soft way, is capable of minimizing irritation, and can be manufactured with ease.
