The effects of Phyllanthus amarus extract on corrosion and kinetics of corrosion process of aluminum in alkaline solution
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of the extract of Phyllanthus amarus leaves on the corrosion of aluminum in 2 M NaOH solution was studied using chemical technique and the extract acts as corrosion inhibitor, with 76% efficiency at the highest concentration in the alkaline environment and the inhibition efficiency increased with increasing concentration of extract.
