TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used a structured survey-type instrument developed by the Healthy University Institutional project to determine the lifestyle profile in first semester university students, finding that most students do not carry out physical exercise 70%, 51% do not participate in any type of physical activity, tobacco consumption is high and more than half are habitual consumers of alcohol, more then half present anxiety and almost half anxiety.
