Plant for producing corrugated paperboard directly utilizing wasted newspaper

Abstract: The utility model relates to a producing facility plant directly using waste newspapers to produce corrugated boards. The utility model comprises the producing facility for raw paper, a producing facility compounding two layers, and a paperhanging producing facility for the corrugated boards, wherein, the producing facility for the raw paper is used for pastes a single piece of waste newspaper into a piece of long paper with needed specification; the double-layer composite producing facility is used for compounding two layers or more than two layers of long paper into a thick paper board; the paperhanging producing facility for the corrugated boards is used for processing composite waste newspaper boards into the corrugated boards, and then both faces of the corrugated boards are pasted with clear face paper to form the corrugated boards which are finished goods. The utility model can realize the recovery utilization of the waste newspaper without re-making paper procedure, and is environmental protection technology and equipment which have low energy consumption, low investment, low cost, high benefit but no pollution.
