Subtype Progression and Pathophysiologic Deterioration in Early Schizophrenia
TL;DR: A hierarchy of symptomatic/syndromal progression in early manifest schizophrenia that may reflect active deterioration processes at work is suggested and it is suggested that any theory of schizophrenic pathophysiology must account for these patterns of symptom course.
Journal ArticleDOI
Histological validation of fast macromolecular proton fraction mapping as a quantitative myelin imaging method in the cuprizone demyelination model
M Khodanovich,Irina V. Sorokina,V Glazacheva,A. E. Akulov,A. E. Akulov,Nikolay M. Nemirovich-Danchenko,A. V. Romashchenko,Tatyana G. Tolstikova,Lilia R Mustafina,Vasily L. Yarnykh,Vasily L. Yarnykh +10 more
TL;DR: Close agreement between histological myelin staining and MPF suggests that fast MPF mapping enables robust and accurate quantitative assessment of demyelination in both white matter and gray matter in both WM and GM.
