PURPOSE:To provide a concrete pavement free from a pool in the road surface or a slope and easy to walk by using a water-permeable concrete for paving the road. CONSTITUTION:When curing a cement composition prepared by mixing inorganic granules having 1 to 10mm particle diameter and containing granules made of seashell, clay and soil, granules made of pea gravels and red mud, granules made of various burned ashes and granules made of stone powder in cement, a special inorganic curing agent composed mainly of sodium, potassium, nitrogen and boron is added thereto. Owing to the special inorganic curing agent, the surface coverage of cement is independent on the kind of the soil and water permeability is exhibited.read more
