TL;DR: In this paper , the authors presented the 29th case in the literature and the first in Syria and presented a lesion in the right cerebellum and presented with a history of intermittent headache for 5 months followed by progressive gait disturbances and blurry vision and was misdiagnosed at the time of presentation with a high-grade glioma which is a common confusion because of the histological and clinical similarities.
