By contesting the political spectrum versus the economic side of regulation, it is found that the Indonesian cooperative's performance is influenced more by the first approach. As Golkar's electoral vehicle to protect its ruling party's majority vote, the cooperative apex organization (Dekopin) became a parastatal. As a 'bureaucratic capitalist' with state budget support, Dekopin's 'holdup problem' creates the 'subsidy mentality' and increasing corruption perception that stimulated the formation of pseudo-cooperatives. A bottom-up petition to remove Dekopin's parastatal status failed. By calibrating the 2012-2014 panel data, the pseudo-cooperatives decrease when active cooperatives increase. From the 2015 cross-section exercise, pseudo-cooperatives' number rises along with the growing population. External funding to cooperatives is used as a means to spend it on leisure. Many islands show different tendencies of pseudo-cooperatives' creation. In 2016, a government's economic strategy to create healthy cooperatives was started by closing down 32,778 pseudo-cooperatives. This process continued until 2019. The Indonesian Islam: Law and the Ideological Perspective. This article is aimed at exploring the development of Islam in Indonesia with particular references to the ideological perspective and its impact on Islamic law. At the beginning of the twentieth century, there were two ideologies in Indonesian Muslims. The first ideology believes that the consistence with traditions is very important while the other believes that Islamic teachings are able to change according to time and place. Although having difference in orientation, both ideologies devoted themselves to social, religious and political activities. In political sphere, however, both ideologies, were faced with secular nationalist ideology. Such a competition ended with a failure that made Indonesian Muslims receding into the background. After realizing of the failure in politics, both ideologies turn their orientation to cultural Islam. Through this orientation, peaceful and mutual understanding between Muslims and state began to grow. Subsequently, the government, especially New Order regime, identified itself with the religious activities and opened a chance to promote Islamic values. It was from such a relationship that the Islamic law gradually developed in Indonesia.

This research aims to determine the history, memory, and historical education that are built-in historical discourse. History and memory are two components that influence and support each other. But what if the narrated history is different from the people's memory and how is this conveyed in education?. Answering the researcher's questions using the literature review method. In the last five years, major countries in the world have apologized and reconciled historical events that occurred in the past. The apology came after it emerged proving the victims as well as humanitarian considerations. In Indonesia, the events of 1965 and the Indonesian revolution have become the main discussion in the history of history to this day. Differences in historical narratives and people's memories of these events harm historical education. History will lose its soul and function because it is unable to achieve the goals achieved both in learning and in society.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan bagaimana sejarah, ingatan dan pendidikan sejarah dibangun dalam wacana sejarah kontroversial. Sejarah dan ingatan adalah dua komponen yang saling mempengaruhi dan saling menyokong. Namun bagaimana jika sejarah yang dinarasikan berbeda dengan ingatan masyarakat serta bagaimana hal tersebut disampaikan dalam pendidikan ?. Menjawab pertanyaan tersebut peneliti menggunakan metode kajian pustaka. Lima tahun terakhir negara-negara besar di dunia melakukan ucapan permintaan maaf dan rekonsiliasi peristiwa sejarah yang terjadi di masa lalu. Permintaan maaf tersebut terjadi setelah muncul kesaksian para korban serta pertimbangan kemanusiaan. Di Indonesia, peristiwa 65 dan revolusi Indonesia menjadi pembahasan utama dalam sejarah kontroversial hingga hari ini. Perbedaan narasi sejarah dan ingatan masyarakat tentang peristiwa tersebut memberikan dampak negatif dalam pendidikan sejarah. Sejarah akan kehilangan jiwanya dan fungsinya karena tidak mampu mencapai tujuan yang dicapai baik dalam pembelajaran maupun dalam masyarakat.
