TLDR
In this paper, the shell model was used to investigate properties of levels in the A = 38 nuclei and an inert 28Si core with a residual two-particle interaction between the outer nucleons was assumed.

Energy levels of A = 21−44 nuclei (V)

P.M. Endt, +1 more
- 31 Dec 1990 -
TL;DR: In this article, the experimentally determined properties of energy levels of A = 21−44 nuclei are compiled and evaluated with emphasis on nuclear spectroscopy, and the available information on excitation energies, spins, parities, isospins, lifetimes or widths and observed decay is summarized in a master table.

Shell-model calculations on negative-parity levels in A = 35, 37 and 39 nuclei

TL;DR: In this article, the modified surface delta interaction (MSDI) was used for negative-parity states in 35 Cl, 35 S, 37 Cl, 39 Ar and 39 K. The MSDI interaction parameters as well as the single-particle binding energies have been deduced from a least-squares fit to experimentally known levels in A = 35, 37 and 39 nuclei.

Gamow-Teller transitions in some intermediate-mass nuclei

TL;DR: In this article, the results of an experimental study of Gamow-Teller and electron-capture decays were presented, where 13 new branches have been found and the precision has been increased or reduced on more than 50 others.

The nuclear-structure dependence of radiative corrections in superallowed Fermi beta-decay

TL;DR: In this article, a shell model calculation of the nuclear-structure-dependent axial vector contribution of the Born graphs to the radiative correction in superallowed Fermi β-decay is presented.

Lifetime measurements in sd-shell nuclei : (I). Mean lives of 38Ar levels

TL;DR: In this article, the mean lives of the lowest six excited states in 38Ar were measured with the Doppler shift attenuation method, and the relatively fast decay of the second excited state indicates that positive parity states in the 38Ar are only well described if (ds)−4(fp)2 shell-model configurations are taken into account.

Energy levels of Z = 11−21 nuclei (IV)

P.M. Endt, +1 more
- 04 Dec 1967 -
TL;DR: In this paper, a compilation of experimentally determined properties of energy levels of Z = 11−21 nuclei with special emphasis on nuclear spectroscopy is presented. But this compilation is limited to the case of nuclear spectrograms.

Stripping Reactions and the Structure of Light and Intermediate Nuclei

TL;DR: In this article, a reduced width connecting two nuclear levels contains information about the structure of the states involved, which can be cast into useable form: the formalism so developed is then applied to an analysis of stripping widths.

Reaction matrix elements for the 0f-1p shell nuclei

TL;DR: In this article, the shell-model reaction matrix elements for the 0f-1p shell are calculated and tabulated and compared with available empirical effective interactions and used to calculate (i) the spectra of the valence particles of 42Ca, 42Sc, 50Ca, 50Sc and 50Ti, (ii) the changes of single-particle (hole) levels such as the changes from 41Ca to 49Ca and (iii) the 0 f 7 2 −0 d 3 2 particleparticle states of 38Cl and the corresponding particle-hole states of

Shell model calculations on energy levels in the 2s1/2 1d3/2 shell (II)

TL;DR: In this article, the binding energies of a nucleon in the 2s~ ld t shell and in the ld~ shell were derived from experimental level energies, and the parameters obtained in this way, the energies of more states were computed and compared with experiment.
