Abstract
The photoacoustic (PA) technique has been used for the determination of the glass-transition temperature T g and the thermal diffusivity α in several glasses belonging th the As-Sb-Se system. The compositional dependence of T g and α are reported for AsxSb5Se95-x, AsxSb10Se90-x, AsxSb15Se85-x and AsxSb20Se80-x glasses. The results are discussed on the basis of a chemically ordered network model and a threshold for rigidity corresponding to an average coordination number of 2.4.

Compositional dependence optical properties study of As40Se60 − xSbx thin films

TL;DR: The relationship between the structural and optical properties and compositional variation has been investigated in this paper, where the optical band gap E-o decreases while the width of localized states (Urbach energy) E-e increases.

Composition dependence of optical band gap and thermal diffusivity of AsTeSe glasses

TL;DR: In this paper, the composition dependence of the optical band gap, E0, and thermal diffusivity, α, of As Te Se glasses, prepared by the conventional melt-quenching technique, have been determined using photoacoustic technique which is based on the detection of the acoustic signal produced when a modulated light beam is incident on the sample.

TL;DR: In this article, a kinetic parameter K r (T ) is added to the stability criteria, and the thermal stability of some ternary compounds of Sb x As 0.60−(2 x + y ) Se 0.40+x + y -type has been evaluated experimentally and correlated with the activation energies of crystallization.

Characteristics of photoconductivity in As-Sb-Se glasses

TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the photoconductivity in As Sb15Se85−x and Sb10Se90−x bulk glass systems using a COCN model and showed a clear change in slope corresponding to the stoichiometric composition in both the systems.

Topology of covalent non-crystalline solids I: Short-range order in chalcogenide alloys

TL;DR: In this article, an atomic model is introduced which for predominantly covalent forces constitutes the first microscopic realization of Kauzmann's description of the glass transition as an entropy (not enthalpy or volume) crisis.
