Journal ArticleDOI
Multifunctional hydantoins: recent advances in optoelectronics and medicinal drugs from Academia to the chemical industry
TL;DR: In this paper, a detailed survey on structural modifications at various positions of 2,4-dione and the promising applications of the resultant derivatives reported in the literature are thoroughly discussed, which can enable their use in optoelectronics and prototypes to translate laboratory products into commercial products.
Journal ArticleDOI
Adsorptive stripping voltammetry of phenylthiohydantoin and methylthiohydantoin derivatives of amino acids in the presence of copper(II) ions at a hanging mercury drop electrode
TL;DR: In this paper, the presence of copper(II) affected the adsorptive stripping voltammograms markedly, including the lowering of the detection limits, and the calibration plots were rectilinear up to 8 × 10−8 M.
