Study on Work Process-oriented Integrated Clinical Probation Mode for Higher Vocational Nursing Students

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of working process-oriented integrated clinical probation mode for higher vocational nursing students.Methods With cluster random sampling,240 students in grade 2009 randomly divided into experimental group(n=120) and control group(n=120) and all the students in both groups had clinical practice.The working process-oriented integrated clinical probation model was applied in experiment group while the traditional clinical probation model was used in control group.The effects of two kinds of mode were compared.Results In experimental group,students who were satisfied with the integrated practice mode accounted for 95.8% and most of them played positive role in the practice(95.0%) and achieved greatly after the practice(93.0%).Students in experimental group performed better in different aspects than those in control group did.Conclusion The working process-oriented clinical probation model is effective for higher vocational nursing students and worthy to be popularized.
