TLDR
In a tilt steering system, rockable teeth engage with or disengage from fixed teeth as a tilt lever is rotated as discussed by the authors, at the same time a tilt bolt and a tilt nut are tightened or loosened.
Abstract
In a tilt steering system, rockable teeth engage with or disengage from fixed teeth as a tilt lever is rotated. At the same time, a tilt bolt and a tilt nut are tightened or loosened. When the teeth engage each other, the tilt bolt and the tilt nut are tightened so that a fixed bracket is pressed against both sides of a vertically shifting bracket.

Position adjustment device for steering wheel

TL;DR: In this paper, a tilt-locking serrated section of a pair of tiltlocking eccentric cams was used to prevent a steering wheel from being displaced and moved in a secondary collision.
Patent

Steering column apparatus

TL;DR: In this paper, a held bracket is integrally formed with the end section of an outer column by a hydroforming method, so as to substantially ensure the strength and rigidity of the held bracket section.
Patent

Steering device support structure

TL;DR: In this article, a support structure for supporting a steering device including a steering shaft was described, which is adapted to transmit a steering force of a steering wheel to road wheels, relative to a vehicle body through an instrument panel member extending a lateral direction of a vehicle.
Patent

Tilt type steering apparatus

TL;DR: In this article, a tilt-type steering apparatus made the amount of downward protrusion of the front end position of a rear steering column small to prevent interference with knees and prevent the rear column from becoming longer than necessary.
Patent

Lock mechanism for an adjustable steering column assembly

TL;DR: An adjustable steering column assembly for a vehicle having an outer jacket (12) and an inner jacket (14) slideable within the outer jacket along a longitudinal axis (L) for telescoping movement is described in this article.

Tilt type steering device

TL;DR: In this article, the tilt position of a steering device can be adjusted by changing the engagement position of facing sets of gear teeth, and a pair of supporting plates each provided with a circular arc-shaped long hole is attached to the lower part of the steering column and a shaft is received and freely movable within the long holes.
Patent

Tiltable steering mechanism

TL;DR: In this paper, a tiltable steering mechanism is proposed where a support portion for rotatably supporting a steering shaft on which a steering wheel is mounted is provided for tilting about a tilt axis relative to a fixed portion fixed to a vehicle body.
Patent

Collapsible steering column

TL;DR: An energy absorbing vehicular steering column assembly including telescopically engaged upper and lower column tubes is described in this paper, including means for absorbing impact loads through a plastic deformation as the column tubes move together axially during a collision, and axially oriented relatively non-deformable plate-like slide members are secured to the steering column support member.

Controller of pwm inverter

Maekawa Katsu
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed to reduce low order harmonic wave content by using as a reference wave a digital sinusoidal wave at large output voltage time and a PWM signal pulsewidth-modulated so that the average value becomes the desired sinusoid wave at fine voltage output time.

Method for forming hot-melt self-adhesive

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method for forming a hot-melt self-adhesive having a softening point higher than room temperature and tacky at room temperature, wherein the material liquefied at sufficiently high temperature is allowed to flow through a discharge hole into a cooling water containing an anti-blocking agent comprising a dispersion, emulsion or aqueous solution of a thermoplastic organic polymer and is cut in a state in which at least the outside is solidified so that the cut faces come into contact with the cooling water.
