Abstract
Disclosed is a galvanized steel sheet which has excellent press formability. The surface of the steel sheet is provided with an organic-inorganic composite film that has an average thickness of 0.10-2.0 [μ]m and contains an organic resin and a crystalline layered material. The organic-inorganic composite film contains not less than 0.5 part by weight of the crystalline layered material, as a solid content, relative to 100 parts by weight of the solid content of the organic resin. Examples of the crystalline layered material may include a layered double hydroxide that is represented by [M2+ 1-xM3+ x(OH)2][An-]x/nzH2O. It is preferable that the M2+ represents one or more of Mg2+, Ca2+, Fe2+, Ni2+ and Zn2+, the M3+ represents one or more of Al3+, Fe3+ and Cr3+, and the An- represents one or more of OH-, CO3 2-, Cl- and (SO4)2-.
