The EPAI can be used by an entrepreneur for self-assessment, for training, and for professional development.
In turn, the perception of self-efficacy mediates the relation between emotional intelligence and the intention to become an entrepreneur.
First, both firm and country factors matter in the voluntary IAS adoption decision.
We obtain the following results: first, the persistent accumulation of IAs is favoured by the internal availability of highly skilled personnel; second, firms with (a) large IA base and (b) high propensity to exploit complementarities in the asset stocks are more likely to persistently accumulate IAs than to discontinuously or never accumulate IAs and third, the adoption of quality management standards facilitates the accumulation of IAs, especially if this is done discontinuously.
The study demonstrates for managers and regulators that there is considerable support for "international" standards, and that choice of IAS or US GAAP relates to specific firm characteristics, which differ according to a firm's country of origin.
It is argued that the results add a different perspective for the academic study of IAs and have implications for the successful management of IAs more generally.
Findings - – The findings reveal that EM through research and development investment is significantly higher for the IAS/IFRS firms.

Ias in cloud native ?3 answersInformation as a Service (IAS) is a concept that allows applications to access various types of information through an application interface. It is a fundamental configuration of developing IAS that has not been extensively studied before. Cloud computing has become popular for data storage and processing, but security and privacy concerns remain. To address these issues, researchers have proposed an IAS protocol that incorporates identity, access control, and secure authentication. This protocol is implemented on top of blockchain technology to ensure the authenticity and security of data transmission in cloud computing. With the development of cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, there is an increasing demand for services that utilize these infrastructure technologies. To develop and verify services quickly and efficiently, traditional monolithic services have evolved to a service composition based on a container-based microservice architecture. Cloud-native computing is suitable for IoT-Cloud services as it requires flexible connections with IoT, Cloud, and AI functions. A cloud-native global file system augmented with a reshapable caching scheme is designed to create objects and forward them to a cloud-based object store. The caching scheme uses a true RAID 0 for striping, allowing for a reshape operation to convert from a n-way stripe set to a n+1-way stripe set.
