Abstract: Turbo fan housing in a window type air conditioner including a flow guide including an inlet plate having a bell mouth for guiding room air, a base plate opposite to the inlet plate having an indoor fan mounted thereto for drawing the room air, and a separation wall between the inlet plate and the base plate to surround the turbo fan, an outlet formed by extension of the base plate and the separation wall from an opening formed on one side of the flow guide, and a cutoff formed on an inside of the separation wall connecting the outlet and the flow guide, wherein the indoor fan is a turbo fan, and a flow passage in the flow guide is formed to cause sharp flow direction changes, for converting a portion of dynamic pressure of the room air into a static pressure in the flow direction changes.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blower and a vehicle air-conditioner equipped with it capable of simultaneously solving a deterioration of the fan characteristics and a noise emission both resulting from the secondary flow. SOLUTION: The centrifugal blower 10 includes an impeller 11, at the end of which facing a bell mouth 14, a secondary flow guide ring 11e is provided to form a secondary flow guide passage 20 as a ring-shaped path thinning toward the discharge hole from the root of the bell mouth 14 in the area to the peripheral surface 14c of the bell mouth 14, and that inside surface of the guide ring 11e which forms the secondary guide passage 20 works as a secondary flow guide surface 11e1 which is convex toward the peripheral surface 14c of the bell mouth 14. The invention includes also air-conditioner for vehicle which is equipped with the described centrifugal blower 10.

SOLUTION: In this vertical shaft pump device having a vertical shaft pump 10 installed on the pump installation floor 14 above a suction water tank 16 and allowing a pump weight to be supported by the pump installation floor 14, a straightening device 25 having a straightening plate for straightening the water flowing into a suction bell mouth 12 is installed on the bottom surface of the suction water tank 16 located at the lower tip side of the suction bell mouth 12 of the vertical shaft pump 10. The suction bell mouth 12 is fixed to the straightening plate device 25.

To provide a fluid supply mechanism, having a structure for injecting fluid (for example air) from a nozzle 15a, is provided in the straightening vane 15.

A holding rod 100 for hoisting the vertical pump in relation to the floor 75 and connected to the lowest suction bell mouth 10 at a lower end thereof is fitted to the vertical pump under the assembling. Length of the holding rod 100 is extended downward as the vertical pump is assembled to lower the assembled part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-blade air blower is provided to increase air flow and reduce noise by preventing vortex and counter flow through the centrifugal air stream formed in the gap between the top of the fan and ceiling panel of scroll case. CONSTITUTION: A multi-blade air blower comprises a case having an air inlet and a bell mouth extended at a constant curvature from a ceiling panel toward the lower stream of central shaft; a plurality of blades(32) accommodated into the case and arranged in a circumferential direction; a support unit(33) disposed in a circumferential direction from an end of an air inlet side of the blade, and coupled with the blade; a hub(31) for connecting blades at the air inlet side of the blade, and which has bosses(31a,31b) arranged at the center of the hub so as to allow a rotation motor of a fan drive motor to be coupled to bosses; and an auxiliary blade(34) formed integrally with the top surface of the support unit and protruded upward. The auxiliary blade has an end surface of air inlet side, which is protruded further toward the inner surface of a ceiling panel of air inlet side than the end of the bell mouth. The auxiliary blade rotates, maintaining constant intervals from the inner surface of the bell mouth and inner surface of the ceiling panel.

Abstract: A connection tube for a separate air-conditioner consists of an aluminum and aluminum alloy tube 4, a connection nut 1 sleeved at the two ends of the tube and a temperature insulation tube 3 sleeved outside of the tube. The utility model is characterized in that the two ends of the aluminum and aluminum alloy tube 4 are welded with a copper tube 2, and a bell mouth is extended at the end top of the copper tube 2. The spread bell mouth has a good machinery performance and strong anti-pull strength. When in use, the spread bell mouth is not easy to be damaged; because the two ends of the aluminum and aluminum alloy tube 4 are of small segments, therefore the connection tube of separate air-conditioner still has characters of light weight and low cost.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage pump device that can improve pump efficiency and drainage efficiency even under a high flow rate by evening and smoothing a flow about a pump and thus reducing a loss of head resulting from generation and accumulation of vortexes and reducing air entrainment as well. SOLUTION: The drainage pump device inserts the drainage pump 2 in an open water tank 1 opening upward so that a pump shaft 3 is perpendicular to a water flow direction. An outer circumferential region of a suction bell mouth 7, a pump casing 6 and a lifting pipe part 8 all situated in the open water tank 1 is enclosed with a cylindrical cover 11 with a water contact surface 12 shaped smoothly along an axis of the pump shaft 3. A lower end portion 11A of the cover 11 is bent round into the cover, and a free end opening thereof is connected to a tip opening of the suction bell mouth 7.

The top part of an intracavity of a kiln body is an upper bell mouth; a discharge device is positioned in a discharge straight tube of a lower part of the kiln body; an inverted-trapezoid diameter expanding burning zone is arranged at the lower part of the upper bell mouth in the intracavity of the kiln body; a straight tube-shaped cooling zone is positioned under the burning zone and a lower bell mouth is arranged between the cooling zone and the lowest part of the discharge straight tube. A plurality of upper thermocouples are arranged in homogeneous distribution on an upper port of the inverted-trapezoid diameter expanding burning zone and a plurality of lower thermocouples are arranged in homogeneous distribution on an lower oport of the inverted-trapezoid diameter expanding burning zone. The utility model has the advantages of changing the dynamics of wind, the condition for high liquidoid reaction and the calcination of the upright kiln, putting an end to the shortage of out-of-control calcining, enabling to improve the production capacity and the pressure-resisting intensity of the product, reducing the heat consumption in the production process and achieving automatic control by microcomputer.

When the straightening vanes 11 give the reverse pre-whirling, a capacity of the pump increases. When the straightening vanes 11 give the pre-whirling, the capacity of the pump decreases.
