TL;DR: In this paper, a control system for a hydro-mechanically stroked gear shaper provides control and diagnostic functions, including a video display and a microprocessor, which is programmed to monitor load force imparted by a cutting tool over its lifetime.
Abstract: A control system for a hydro-mechanically stroked gear shaper provides control and diagnostic functions. The control system includes a video display and a microprocessor. The microprocessor is programmed to monitor load force imparted by a cutting tool over its lifetime. The microprocessor also monitors the number of times a cutting tool is used. By monitoring these parameters, the system provides a indication of when the cutting tool has exceeded its useful life. The control sysem also provides a graphical representation of the gear shaper. When an operational problem is sensed by sensors in the gear shaper, the graphical representation indicates where the problem has arisen.

TL;DR: In this article, the utility model relates to a tyre expansion clamp for processing gears, comprising a tyre master shaft, a tyre body, a core, a bottom pad, an upper pad, adjusting pad, etc.
Abstract: The utility model relates to a tyre expansion clamp for processing gears, comprising a tyre master shaft, a tyre body, a tyre core, a bottom pad, an upper pad, an adjusting pad, nuts, etc., wherein, one end of the tyre master shaft is provided with the tyre body for installing and matching with the working table of a machine tool, and the other end of the tyre master shaft is provided with a tyre master. The inner hole of the tyre master is a taper hole, and the hole wall of the taper hole is provided with opening forward grooves in the axis direction of the tyre master. The tyre body is a cone body which is connected with the tyre core for penetrating into the tyre master to form an expanding state, so that gear blank sheathed on the tyre master is expanded and clamped tightly. The tyre expansion clamp applied to the mechanical processes of gear shaping, gear hobbing, etc. can eliminate assembly error and increase the processing accuracy of gears and the rate of finished products.

TL;DR: In this paper, a skewed tooth spiral angle regulating mechanism for gear shaper is presented, which is composed of two crank sliding block mechanisms, two lever sliding block mechanism, and a suite of spiral angle combination mechanism.
Abstract: The utility model discloses a skewed tooth spiral angle regulating mechanism for gear shaper, which belongs to the cylindrical gear machine tool manufacturing field. The skewed tooth spiral angle regulating mechanism for gear shaper is composed of two suites of crank sliding block mechanisms, two suites of lever sliding block mechanisms, and a suite of spiral angle combination mechanism; the utility model can be used to reform a plurality of common gear shaping machines only able to skew a fixed spiral angle into a universal helical gear shaping machines or a newly designed new style universal helical gear shaping machine able to skew various spiral angles of any spiral directions. The adjustment of the skewed tooth spiral angles is realized by putting the eccentric positions of the two crank sliding blocks. The utility model has the advantages of convenient adjustment and high precision; exact spiral motion can be ensured, and the gear shaping difficulty of an inner gear of small diameter and big spiral angles can be solved; the utility model is suitable for individually producing or multiple varieties small batch producing various helical cylinder gears.

TL;DR: In this paper, an eccentric slider that is computer controlled with a tool spindle arranged therein, and enabling a spindle base having a workpiece spindle fixed thereto and a swivel base to be controlled for movement is presented.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance the usability of a gear cutting machine for a bevel gear or the like by placing within a hobbing drum an eccentric slider that is computer controlled with a tool spindle arranged therein, and enabling a spindle base having a workpiece spindle fixed thereto and a swivel base to be controlled for movement CONSTITUTION: A hobbing drum 17 is supported on a gear shaping base 11 in such a manner as to be rotatable about a hob axis 18 and an eccentric slider 19 is movably guided thereto under the control of a computer A tool spindle 23 is supported against the eccentric slider 19 in such a manner as to be rotatable about a rotational axis 20 A workpiece spindle 16 is disposed on a spindle base 14 in such a manner that the rotational axis 15 intersects the hob axis 18 and a swivel axis 13 at one point 24 The workpiece spindle 16 and the tool spindle 23 are subjected to stepless rotational number control under the control of a computer A swivel base 12 and the spindle base 14 are movable even during a tooth cutting process
