Abstract: The invention relates to a forming die of a gearbox planet gear, belongs to the processing dies of car automatic gearbox planet gears, solves the problems in prior forging die, including big forging force, rigorous requirement for blanks, and short service life of the die, and satisfies the forming requirement of a car automatic gearbox planet gear. The forming die comprises an upper die and a lower die arranged symmetrically and vertically; the end faces of both an upper punch and a lower punch are bosses; a diffluent trough is formed on the boss of the lower punch; the shoulders of both the upper punch and the lower punch extend into a tooth-shaped cavity die by 1-2mm in the final extrusion state; a rotary ejection mechanism can also be arranged; the lower punch can rotate when being ejected; and a helical cylindrical gear with a bigger helix angle can be forged. The forming die has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture and installation, small forming force and low requirement for blanking precision. Furthermore, the forming die can realize single punch extrusion according to different die carriers and equipment, double punch extrusion in opposite directions, as well as the extrusion of the helical cylindrical gear with big helix angle.

Abstract: This aims to provide a vibration-suppressing mechanism for a gear-shaping machine, which is enabled to suppress mechanical vibrations at the time of shaping a helical gear by selecting an optimum balance weight. The vibration-suppressing machine is provided for the gear-shaping machine which performs the gear shaping on a work (W) with a cutter (T) mounted on a main spindle (26) of crank reciprocations. The vibration-suppressing machine comprises balance shafts (16 and 17) juxtaposed with respect to a crankshaft (15), for rotating at an identical rotation speed in synchronism with the crankshaft (15) and in the same and opposite directions as and to that of the crankshaft (15), main balance weights (41 and 42) removably mounted on the crankshaft (15), for suppressing the axial vibrations of the main spindle (26), and auxiliary balance weights (43 to 46) removably mounted on the balance shafts (16 and 17), for suppressing the vibrations of in directions perpendicular to the axial direction of the main spindle (26). Those individual balance weights (41 to 46) are selected on the basis of leads meeting the stroke width of the main spindle (26) and the torsional angle of the work (W).

Abstract: A main drive unit of a gear shaper belongs to the gear shaper parts. The main structure comprises a transmission chain mechanism, which is connected with a sliding block through a crank connecting rod. The sliding block is positioned on a linear rolling guide rail, on which a pin roller is arranged. The friction resistance between the sliding block and the guide rail is reduced, the work noise and power loss are decreased and the operational reliability of the equipment is promoted by the pin roller through the structure that the sliding block is positioned on the linear rolling guide rail.
