Abstract: A vehicle, more especially in the form of an articulated omnibus, has a hybrid drive system comprising an IC engine and an electric motor, whose power is transmitted not only to an axle driven by the IC engine but in addition to a further drive axle in order to extend the working life of the transmission axles.
